Lucy's POV

As soon as I wake up I look outside. I wonder what that light was that ran past my room last night? I think then start to get ready for the day.

First I go take a shower and wash the sleep away. Then, I go find something to wear in my closest. I can't wear what I normally do. I think it hurts everyone else because they seem so familiar with it.

I look in my closet and find a cute white sundress with a brown belt in the middle. Then I wear some cute shin length combat boots, but I don't know what to do with my hair.... Oh that's right I have Cancer! He's an expert when it comes to hair.

"Open gate of the Crab: Cancer!" "Ebi! Ms. Lucy what should I do with your hair today?" he asks cooly. "That's what I need help with...I don't know. I wish it was longer though. It's too short to do anything with." I say disappointed. "No problem baby. Here close your eyes." He says. Then I obey and wait to see what he has in store. "Ebi. I'm done." Cancer says, so I open my eyes. "Ahh I love it!" I scream out of joy. Cancer some how grew my hair out and styled it, so I have cute face framing bangs. He put it in an adorable side French braid. I thank him and dismiss him. Finally, I eat some cereal and head off to Fairy Tail.
I am so late...

Natsu's POV

I wonder where Lucy is. She would normally be at the guild by now. I know she hasn't got one memory back, but I believe she is enjoying herself. I wonder if I could tell her how I feel, since she is like this. I love Luce, she is so beautiful and smart. Even without her memories she still acts the same. She still makes weird faces and turns away when she lies. She still is kind to everyone, except those who somehow tick her off. I miss being able to tell her everything. I wonder now if she will consider being my best friend again. Maybe I should ask?

"Natsu! I'm here!" I hear someone yell from the front of the guild. Oh it's Luce! "Luce! Come over here." I scream back so she can find me. She then starts to walk over. She looks gorgeous in that dress. "Hey Nats Im sorry I'm kinda late." Luce says then comes and gives me a quick hug. "No problem. It's fine really, I know you're a busy person." I say trying to sound calm. "Ok, thanks. So how are you?" She asks "I'm fine Luce. Did you get home safe yesterday?" I ask, since I was kinda worried. "Oh it was fine, I just ran into someone. He said he knew us." She says kinda confused. "Oh really, what did this person look like Luce. By chance, did you get a name?" I asked curious as to who she met. "He was blonde and tall. He said his name was Sting Eucliffe from Sabertooth." Lucy says obliviously. "You're joking right Luce?!? He's an enemy." I say horrified she ran into him. "I didn't know. He seemed cool. Kinda cocky, but cool. He even said I could join his guild...." Lucy says quietly. "Luce he's bad news. I know you're confused now and kinda lost, but Sabertooth is not where you belong. You belong here. Trust me Luce, you're my best friend. I know you wouldn't like it there." I say hoping she understands. "Best friends? You really think we're best friends." Luce says with a hint of blush. "Of course Luce. Even though you don't remember me, you will always be my best friend." I say then turn and hug her. "Thanks Natsu that means the world to me. I trust you. I won't leave." Luce says hugging me close. "I'm glad, because I would never forgive myself if I let you leave." I say then me and Luce go off to train.

In an open field
Lucy's POV

"No no no! Luce you need to do these exercises to get stronger!" Natsu yells. "But I don't wanna." I say since my arms are killing me. "Luce got haven't even done one push up yet!" He says kinda irritated, so I stand up. "Yeah, I know. I'm not strong. I'm weak I rely on others to fight for me. I'm a disgrace." I say while tearing up. "Luce... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to upset you. It's fine we'll do another exercise just please don't...." I start to burst out laughing, since Natsu begins to look worried. "What's so funny?" Natsu asks confused. "I'm not mad I'm just kidding." I say still laughing. "That wasn't funny." Natsu says seriously. "Yes it was." I say. "Yeah?" Natsu asks. "Yeah." I finish. "Then I guess it's my turn to laugh." Natsu says suspiciously. "What does that mean Natsu?" I ask kinda scared. All I hear is a slight whisper that says "run." Then all of a sudden Natsu starts to chase me. I scream "Ahh Natsu stop I'm sorry!" He then says "no your not, I won't stop until I get you." We continue to run for 10min until he catches me. He tackles me to the ground and is on top of me. "Caught you Luce..." Natsu says while slurring my name. "I can see that." We then just lay there for like 5min. I then start to blush realizing what position we're in. "Um Natsu....?" I ask shyly. "Yes Luce?" He asks back. "Can you please get off me?" I say hoping he understands. He then looks down on me and blushes a deep shade of red. "Oh I'm sorry..." Is all he can choke out before he gets off. "It's fine. Natsu shouldn't we head back to the guild?" I question. "Yes I think we should." He adds. Finally, we just walk back together holding hands in silence.
