The Surprise

So I forgot to say Emerald City is where Sabertooth is located in my story. Also I do not own fairy tail Hiro Mashima does. I just got the plot. So please read, comment, and vote! I hope you enjoy and please follow me if you like my story. Arigato!

Lucy's POV

Sting is taking me to Emerald city today. We didn't leave right away, but we left the very next day.

"Yo Lu ready to head out?" Sting yells from the front door.

He's wearing a purple Tshirt and a black basketball shorts~ damn he looks soo casual it's kinda hot.

"Yeah one second babe!" I say grabbing my pink duffle bag and running towards the door.

"Okay checklist: keys, whip, clothes, boots, and ribbons?" Sting says jokingly.

"Yes I got it all this time." I say laughing

"Okay good, ready to see my surprise?" Sting says with the largest smile.

"Yes, now let's go! Don't wanna get there too late." I say walking out the door with sting following right behind me.

I wonder what that surprise is he hasn't given a single clue as to what it is. It can only be good right?

Sting's POV

Lucy and I are on our way to Emerald City. It's not too far of a train ride, but it does get long with my motion sickness.

"Sting are you okay? You don't look good." She says with worried eyes.

"I'll be fine babe don't worry about me." I say before I'm laying in her lap.

"Relax you got me here. I'll take care of you. Now just sleep you need it." Lucy says before I crash.

Few hours later

"Sting we're here I think?" Lucy tells me confused.

I look out the window and see tall Emerald colored class illuminated with light. There's green all over. The people look formal and the town is a business central.

"You're right Lu we are." I say grabbing our bags while walking very fast off the train.

We start to walk the streets and see many sidewalk venders. Lucy stops and just stares at a stand.

"What is it babe?" I ask confused as to what she's looking at.

She just points to this bracelet. It's gold and has a pink diamond circled with gold in the center. There's also lots of ribbons and keys at this stand.

"Lucy do you want that bracelet?" I ask while picking it up.

"Oh no it's okay! You don't have to..." She says frantically

"Can I get this bracelet sized for her oh and can you also give me a purple ribbon with a gold outline?" I ask the vender.

"Right away sir!" The vender says
"'May I see your wrist Miss?" He asks Lucy.

"Yea sure." She says blushing

"You didn't have to..." Lucy says.

" I know but I wanted to." I say kissing her on the cheek.

These would look nice with her outfit. She's wearing a black crew neck and light jeans with black converse. She has a black ribbon on, but she begins to switch it with the one I just got her.

"Thank you so much Sting." She says holding up her wrist showing me her bracelet.

"Anytime, now let's hurry I don't want you to miss your surprise." I say leading her down the street.

Lu has no idea what this surprise is but it's all set up. I had rogue do this small favor for me. He knows I finally got my girl and he was willing to help.

"Lucy I need to cover your eyes so you won't see the surprise." I say looking into her brown eyes.

"Um sure here use my black ribbon." She says handing it to me. I then begin to cover her eyes.

"Okay Lu it's not that far just let me lead you. Don't worry about a thing." I say

"Okay I won't." She says holding my hand.

I'm really nervous Lucy won't like the surprise. She has seen a lot and traveled all over with Natsu. I just hope this will top everything...

"Okay we are here." I say uncovering her eyes.

Lucy's POV

Sting uncovers my eyes and when I open them I'm beyond shocked!

There's cherry blossoms all over this beautiful wooden floor and it's has shiny lights hanging from the wooden beams. It looks completely out of place in the city of green, but it's beyond awe inspiring.

"Sting... It's wonderful...!" Is all I can say before throwing my arms around his neck.

"Come here Lu. Dance with me." He says before we hear a harp? It's Lyra how did she get summoned?!

My emotions start to take over all I can feel is happiness and love. Am I finally in love? I hope so...

Sting then grabs my chin and looks into my eyes. "Lucy I have something to tell you... I love you. You make me so happy; I want to cherish you, protect you, and give you everything."

"Sting why are you saying all of this..." I say shocked and surprised.

"Do you love me Lu?" He asks holding me by the waste.

"I love you..." Is the only thing I say before I see a shooting star in the sky.

"Turn around Lu someone wants to talk to you..." Sting says letting go of me.

"Natsu..."

"Hello Luce" he says dressed in a suit and reaching for my hand.

He takes my hand and begins to say something. "Luce I heard you love him... I know you loved me, but I want you to be happy and I know what you're thinking. This is all scary and weird but I just want you to know. Whatever decision you make I'm behind you. We will always be best friends. I love you Luce please stay happy." He says before turning away.

"Wait!" I scream. He turns around looking at me. "Thank you Natsu! I am so happy you shared everything your life with me!" I say hugging him tightly.

"I know Lucy now be happy..." He says walking away from Sting and I.

I look at Sting who's now in jeans and a black shirt. I look down in in a purple dress... When did I change...?

He grabs me and leads me into the center of the wooden floor. Everything is silent...

"Lu..." Sting says
"Yes?" I ask
He gets down on one knee... He hold a velvet box in his hand and opens it.

"Will you marry me?" He asks with wide hopeful eyes.

"Of course I will Blondie!" I yell before jumping in his arms.

He puts the enchanting gold and silver ring on my finger and I smile.

Sting kisses my forehead and we dance the night away.

I finally found the person that could fix my broken heart...
