The Jellywalker Incident.

"Are you done, dear?" Sugared Blueberry Cookie asked Blue Raspberry cookie, sliding on a blue coloured backpack.

"Where are we going, Mama?" The younger cookie asked, tugging on her mother's skirt.

"Snickerdoodle cookie's village. From what Snicker told me, it seems his village is running low on medical supplies. That's why were going over to their village.To help." The older cookie responded with her usual Calm and soothing voice, grabbing her daughter's hand as they made their way outside.

"Be back quick, Sugared! It's dangerous out there." A Strict sounding male voice yelled.

"We'll be safe, Smoothie. Blue and I will be back before you know it."
Sugared spoke up, now picking up her daughter and carrying her in her arms as her Pet cakehound, Lapiz and her Pet Blueberry Bunny, Blueber, followed from behind. Well, Lapiz was. Blueber was sitting on Top of Lapiz, He seemed to be asleep.

Sugared giggled at the bunny's actions and continued walking on, humming softly to herself and her daughter.

Not long after, the small group reached the Cinnamon Village. Sugared looked around, noticing it looked deserted. Barely any cookies were outside. Not even Snickerdoodle Cookie was there, guarding like her usually did. Sugared felt odd. She could tell something was wrong. Yet, at the same time, she couldn't tell what it was.

"Perhaps their in their houses... I'll just leave these outside.." Sugared tried to brush off the feeling. Yet it stuck with her.

If Only They Had Left Sooner..

Sugared smiled as she placed the Medical supplies down near the closest house to where she was. And with that, Sugared, Blue Rasp, Lapiz and Blueber were able to go back to their own village.

Were they really going to get back safely?..

As Sugared started walking in the direction the Bluebrry village was, she heard something.

*SNAP*

"Is anybody there?-" Sugared flinched at the sudden Noise, unknowingly hugging her daughter tighter then she was just a moment ago.

She heard footsteps from behind. Instinctively, Sugared turned around to face The cookie she was looking for a while ago. Snickerdoodle Cookie.

"Snicker! There you...are..." The female cookie stared at The tall male cookie, noticing he looked... Sick.. His hair was a mess, he was dragging his gun across the floor and he was the only one outside..

"Are you alright? You look.. Horrible. No offense but.. You don't usually look like this." Sugared looked up at Snicker, concern all over her face.

Snicker was silent. It was normal. Snickerdoodle was a cookie of few words.

Blue Raspberry cookie wrapped her arms around Sugared's neck, Seemingly intimidated by the other cookie. "Ma... I don't think Uncle snicker's alright..." Blue raspberry commented, hiding her face by burying it into one of her hands.

"It's alright, Blue. Snicker is probably just sick.. Hopefully..." Sugared muttered the last part, hoping she didnt let Snickerdoodle hear.

Sugared placed Blue Raspberry down, causing Blue to hug her leg. Sugared pat the younger cookie's head as a way of comforting them.

Snickerdoodle cookie stared down st the two. By then, Blueber awoke.
Lapiz could tell something was wrong and growled at the Snicker, barking at him. Finally it hit Sugared.

Snicker was infected.

Why didn't Sugared leave?.. She made a huge mistake by staying.

And...

The cost?

Her life.

Snicker dropped his gun and bit Sugared's Arm, refusing to let go.

"WHAT'S GOTTEN INTO YOU?-" Sugared screamed, kicking Snickerdoodle off of her arm. The area he bit now stung. Sugared felt...

Weak...

She dropped to the floor, holding herself up using her arms as she started breathing heavily.

It hurt like hell.

"What did you... do?.." Sugared choked out. Her throat felt sore.

Her Vision got slightly blurry. "Ma? Ma! Get up! Please! Please get up!" Blue Raspberry cookie shook her mother with all her strength.

How foolish she was.. Thinking Sugared could recover...

"Blue. Listen to me.." Sugared's voice was slightly different. Yet it still had that Calm, motherly tone to it.

"Mama! Don't do this, please! You promised Uncle Smoothie, Auntie Ice cream, Grandma Earliblue and Grandma Ruby we'll make it home safe! Please.... Please get up!" Blue Raspberry cookie sobbed, hugging her mother. She was desperate to not let go.

"I'm so sorry I lied, Blue... Listen, Okay?... Get back home with Lapiz and Blueber... Don't get hurt on your way... For me." Sugared used her last bit of strength to smile.

"You liar! You... You can't leave us! Mama please! I'm begging you! You'll be okay!" Blue Raspberry cookie cried, hugging Sugared harder.

"Go now, Blue. I'll come back. Survive this outbreak for me. Take care of Lapiz and Blueber, Okay?..."

"O.....Okay..." Blue Raspberry sniffled. She looked to the side. Snickerdoodle cookie was gone.

And so was her Happiness.

Sugared closed her eyes, ready to accept her fate. Blue Raspberry got up and wiped her tears, walking up to Lapiz and Blueber who were, Too, Crying about the loss of their owner.

The sweetest cookie on Earthbread was now gone.

But it was bound to happen.

Things sweet and delicate tend to turn foul the soonest.

And that's exactly what happened.

Blue Raspberry Cookie picked up Blueber, yet he hopped out of her arms and laid down next to Sugared.

It seems He didn't want her to go on her own.

Blue Raspberry smiled slightly and pat Blueber.

"Please take care of Mama... I trust you, Blueber..."

Blueber gave a proud nod and turned back to Sugared who had a small smile.

"Take care, dear."

"I love you, Mama.."

"I love you too.."

The younger cookie hugged the Bunny and Older cookie one last time before she got up with the Cake hound.

She was never going to be the same, happy, young and joyful cookie she was before this dreaded Outbreak.

"I swear... I'll find a cure for you Mama..." Blue Raspberry muttered before she left, Lapiz following behind her.

"I sure will miss her.. Thank you for staying with me, Blueber." The Older cookie gave one last smile before she finally had to go through her fate.

How cruel it is to seperate a child from their mother.
