XIII

A keyblade was thrown out of a fountain. The wielder emerging out, gasping for air. Someone walks up to her, a friend. "Are they gone?" He asks her as she continues to climb out, him helping her. "They're gone, Jack." The two sat next to the fountain.

"Remember your first time here?" Jack asks Xatlyn. "My first mission here? Yeah." Xatlyn responds. "I didn't mean that." Jack corrected. Xatlyn finally knew what he meant. Xatlyn's full person's heart was consumed by darkness, leaving her and a Search Ghost heartless in Halloween Town.

The heartless went off as she stayed there. Xemnas found her on the curly mountain and took her in Organization XIII as their last number. The number XIII and her new name were all she had.

Then she started going on missions, most of them to Halloween Town. Despite her practically being mute, her and the king became close friends.

"What's troubling you, Xatlyn?" Jack asks her, seeing her wrap her arms around herself. "It's Xemnas. I don't understand it, but I'm feeling like he wants to get rid of me sometimes." Xatlyn's hand tightens to a fist just thinking about Xemnas. "He sends me on the most dangerous missions, knowing only I'm able to do it."

"Why are you the only one, if you don't mind me asking!" Jack was curious to say the least. Y/N lifted up her hand, summoning her keyblade. "I'm the only member of the organization who can use this." Y/N explains. "The keyblade releases the heartless and sends them to Kingdom Hearts, where they belong. Without it, the hearts just go somewhere else, and I have to start over." The keyblade disappears as her head slumps.

"And Xemnas?" Jack asks Xatlyn, pushing her purple hair out of her face. "He sends me on the most perilous missions. I even heard him tell Xigbar that I was just a liability until they find another Nobody with a keyblade." Xatlyn shudders.

"Kinda sounds like things would be a lot different if someone else was your guy's number one..."
