I spent the rest of the night staring at the ceiling. I didn't understand how I felt. Was I scared of what my father would say? Confused about what had happened that night? Was I angry at Link for being so god damn cute? That's when I started thinking about Link. His sparkling blue eyes, his shiny blonde hair, and his cute little ears. He made me feel, well...big. I took a walk that morning and found Link munching on an apple. He took another apple out of his pouch and offered it to me. "It's sweet and red, just like you!" he signed to me. I tried as hard as I could not to blush. I gave him that winning smile that everybody loved. "Thanks for the apple!" I tried to make it sound like he was just being nice to me, he didn't have feelings for me, I didn't dream about him, and I didn't feel the same way. But right when I got the apple in my hand, he wrapped his arms around me. They didn't even go all the way around, he really did make me feel big. Like a hinox in a room full of bokhoblins. When he let go, I got down on my knees and moved a bit of his hair behind his ear, looked to make sure nobody was looking, and pulled him closer. I kissed him smack on the lips. It felt strange, yet wonderful at the same time. What was I doing? What would people think about this? Was I really kissing a man? I was scared, but I couldn't move away from him. When I finally let go, Link smiled at me. "If that's how you feel, meet me at the inn. I've got something for you."
