Months passed, Melina and Alexei left to help the widows, Yelena stayed for a bit to track some more with the help from River. Never thought those two would get along. River said that shes amazing and great company.

I made a room for Yelena at my place so she can have some space. Its nice to gave her here with me, sibling dinners, movie nights, her collection of plants around the apartment. I kinda don't want her to go. But mostly I'm not home since I've been with Matt, since I've been back, I never left his side, wow i sound cringy and too attached, what the hell happened to me? Ew.

Matts braille printer went off early, making me wake up. That thing was louder than any normal copier. I stayed in bed for a few minutes until I got up. Matt grabs me and pulls me back in, kissing my back.

"Not yet." He whispers.

"You have that big case today, you can't miss that."

"Have I ever told you that I love your accent?"

"Yes, many times." He doesn't let me go. He presses sweet kisses against my face, leading down to my jaw and then goes to my lips.

"My beautiful angel." I smiled as his hand trailed down to my back.

"Oh yeah? Say more." I whispered back.

"You are my angel, the most beautiful." He starts to kiss my lips. "Sexiest." Then my collarbone. "Pretty girl." Matt had me laying down on the mattress, opening my legs as he gets on top of me.

"Matthew."

"Say that again I will have you shaking." I didn't care how early it was but Matt already had me in a mood. I ran my hand over his hair, tugging it a bit, "so desperate huh?" I laughed a bit, pulling him to me and letting him go down on me.

I put on one of his shirts and went to the kitchen to make him some coffee before he leaves. He dressed up, practicing his statements around the living room as he got ready.

"Youre on record as saying that the new subway station at 50th and 10th would be, quote, good for the community. Would be qoute, unqoute, good for the community. Mr. Berkowitz, in your professional-" he stops. I knew he was listening whatever is happening outside. Its been hard for him, the whole putting daredevil to rest. I knew he was itching to go back, and he promised.

"Matt?" He shakes out of it. "Youre going to be great today." I gave him his coffee.

"Yes Matty Watty, you'll be amazing today! When you win, we will go out for dinner and then make love on the rooftop and-" Yelena walks in. I groan, hiding my head on his chest.
