My book was still ready to strike before I noticed him lift his head and make eye contact with me.
I must have looked so stupid in socks track pants and a large hoodie holding a book like a light saber.
He giggled and got to his feet.
"You can put the book down and sorry about the screaming- I had to get here before they did but they found me on my way up here-"
"Don't apologise it's not your fault right?"
I sat back onto my bed and put my book down.
"This your friends door?"
I asked him.
"Nope it's mine"
He smiled and sat down on his bed smiling around the room.

I was sharing a bedroom with my crush.

I HAD TO SLEEP NEXT TO HIM.
"Wow it's a nice dorm even has its own bathroom and miniature kitchen"
His eyes stared around in awe.
Gosh he was beautiful.
The window behind his bed was open and it sent a large gust of wind into the room.
I watched his hair fly in all directions like slow motion, I was almost melting into my bed.
Don't get me wrong I was HOT but I loved him for all the little things to.
He was passionate about school work, he loves animals and joking around even if they suck.
Once I saw him feeding squirrels in the park and it was the most adorable thing idd ever seen.
He got up an shut the window as he spoke disapprovingly.
"It's going to be a stormy night apparently"

I slapped my jaw shut from daydreaming.
"You checked the whether?"
He nodded and rummaged through his backpack to find his phone.
"Here since your my dorm mate now"
Handing me his phone and smiling.

I opened his phone app and only saw 2 people one that said "mum" and one that said "dad".
I was slightly confused but typed mine in there under Nari.
"Nari?"
He asked looking at his phone.
"Most people call me that because my names long"
I rubbed the back of my head.
He chuckled and started setting up the bits and pieces he had in his backpack.
"Tomorrow your gonna bring all your stuff in?"
Tomorrow was Saturday and everyone was planning on doing the same thing so I planned to do it tonight to skip the rush.
"My stuffs coming tonight to skip tomorrows rus-"
A knocking came from outside followed by a muffled feminine voice.
"Cyno you in there?"
"Quick hide me!"
Cyno whispered.
I reached out and grabbed his hand.

We tiptoed over to the bathroom and I gently pushed him inside.
Closing the door and leaving just a small gap I walked over to the dorm door.
Opening it to see a couple girls I spoke.
"Hello?"
I tried to act as clueless as possible.
"Is Cyno in there?"
One of the girls at the back pipped out they were all trying to get a good look inside.
"Ah no- I think his dorm is in building B not building C because I saw him walking that way"
They all sighed in disappointment and thanked me before leaving.
Cyno flew out of the bathroom and hugged me.
"Thank you thank you thank you I'm safe!"
He swung me like a rag-doll in his arms laughing.

He placed me back down on my bed looking like a zombie.

He shook my shoulders.

I stammered shaking my head to see Cynos eyes just Infront of my face.
"Welcome back to earth"
He laughed and sat on his own bed letting go of my shoulders.
"Now the girls won't bother me day and night"
He spoke happily as he looked at the window towards building B that was being swarmed by a female cloud.
"Jezz that's a lot of girls-"
"Yeah I don't like them"
He stuck his tongue at them from afar and pulled some small ornaments from his bag, placing them on the shelf above his bed.
Another knock was placed on our front door.
"Nari it's mummy I have your thingggss"
I heard my mothers voice through the door it was almost like a coo to a baby.
Embarrassed I got up and opened the door for my mum to give me my things.
"Oohhh whose that hottie"
She wiggled her eyebrows at me.
"MUM!"
I yelled picking up my boxes as Cyno just laughed.
Placing the large 4 boxes on my bed I tried to dismiss the mother.
"Mum you can go now"
"I want to meet your gorgeous roommate first"
I heard Cynos voice pipe up.
"Hello Mrs Nari"
"Hello dear! Nari doesn't bite if your nice to him!"
"MUM"
Cyno just rolled over laughing as I pushed her out the door.
I fell on my knees.
"I'm so sorry about her"
He was still laughing.
"No no it's fine I don't see my parents much so seeing your mum made me happy"
I looked at him apologetically and got up to unpack my boxes.
Placing my plants on my shelves, clothes into the left cupboard and all my bathroom supplies into the bathroom.
I flipped onto my bed.
"When's your stuff getting here?"
He sighed and spoke.
"My dads cab driver will bring them to me tomorrow night"
"Why not your parents?"
I asked curiously.
He sighed and looked to the ground.
"They work a lot so they don't have to much time for me or my brother"
"You have a brother?"
"Yeah a little brother, he's in grade 4 and his name is Razor"
I giggled and smiled at him.
His face flushed red for a minute and it surprised me.
Maybe he was hot?
It was already 10pm and I was getting tired.
"Cyno can you turn around while I get changed?"
He blinked a couple times before turning around.
I quickly got into my pjs and sat onto my bed.
"Done"
He turned back around and stared at my green cactus covered pj set.
"What"
I crossed my arms and pulled a judgemental face.
"Now your have to turn around"
I blushed and spun around on my bed.
Cyno was almost naked.

Once he let me I turned around to see his light purple pj set with small bugs on them.
I laughed at him and he got up and pulled my cheek.
"Not funny"
He looked embarrassed.
"Okay okay sorrrry"
Letting go of my cheek he slid under his covers.
I followed him and got under mine.
We just watched eachother for for a minute before I watched his eyes slowly shut.
After I heard his breathing finally tell me that he was asleep the panic started.
IM IN A ROOM SLEEPING NEXT TO MY CRUSH!
I fanned my face and my heart was racing.
Okay I just need to sleep.
He's my roommate for a year.

I rolled around in my bed like a tomato in a blender.
My breath calmed and I closed my eyes.
Once again it would be another dream about him and I.
Finally falling asleep to his image in my mind.
