I was leaning against a pole and reading. I heard the sound of of mustang. I looked up to see a mustang with a couple of greasers in it. I wondered how they could afford it, without trying to be rude. "Hey, girly." One said, I knew immediately that he was drunk. I tried to get away but they threw me against a fence. No one was around. I was alone. "Stop!" I screamed, hoping someone would hear. The one that threw me got down there and tried to force himself on me. I screamed and begged and suddenly, I blacked out. I awoke to some people yelling. I opened my eyes to a youngish girl looming over me. "You're finally awake." She said.

I tried to nod but the back of my head hurt. "I'm Angela Shepard." She continued. "We saved you."

I tried to get up but I couldn't. The greaser must've been hitting my head against the fence so hard it knocked me out. "Don't." Angela nearly yelled but held herself together. She pointed out the members, naming them. "That's Curly Shepard. Then that's Tim Shepard." She pointed out her brothers. I remembered the name 'Tim Shepard'. It all came flooding back to me and I screamed in pain. Tim Shepard came rushing to me. Angela smirked a little. "I remember the kid telling me 'bout ya." Tim said, I knew he was talking about Ponyboy. That kid was a mess.

He lifted me in his arms and carried me. We arrived to a small but yet big house. It looked small but had 2 floors. He put me on a bed, I guess it was Tim's room by the fact there was a sign on his door that read 'TS', I could only assume it meant Tim Shepard. The minute I hit the pillow I was out.

I woke up to something that smelled good. I also woke up to bandages on my cuts and wounds. I managed to get up. I started downstairs and saw the Shepard siblings sitting, chatting. "Hey, girl." Angele noticed me. The 2 boys looked over to see me. "Hey, Ms. Valance." Curly said. "Please, call me Cherry." I smiled. "Cute red." Tim smirked. Yup. Just like Dally.

I blushed at that anyway.

Tim Shepard, I smiled.
