"Come," she said, her voice was strained,
"Show me what you've become."
"My dear", I said, in the humblest tones
"To which occasion shall I give rise?"
Oblivion was my strong point.
"It matters not," she said,
Blood dripping from her teeth.
"But I shall like to feast with
the intent to which is called for"
I replied, stalling time.
"Senseless," said she,
"You speak to me of rot,
Don't you dare say you came to prey
upon the daylight of the living
For every prince has paid his dues
and every Queen has her cost,
the price to pay for mortal wounds
has slain the light of day
and furthermore,
O Magickal One,
your tricks cannot deceive me!"
"Oh," I said, scratching my head,
"But tricks I possess not,
I am merely a man,
No tricks to be had here."
"Then come," spoke she,
blood splashing upon her breasts,
"And show me how you've changed,
lest you die with the rest."
"I fear not death, but it is
life with all its sufferings;
If I shall die, I am then free,
having ended the contract that binds
me here!"
"Seek shelter under my domain?
You are a mortal, yet never have
you died before?"
"I beg your pardon," said I to she.
"Enough! Please come to me
to show me how you've gown"
"But you do not deserve to
see how mortals turn from
men to Gods."
Shed tears of blood she did,
blinking blindly at the sun.
"The light will burn me constantly,
can't you see how much of
a monster I am?" she cried.
"But I cannot provide the way
for your salvation too,
mine had taken all my strength,
'Tis why I seek your dark delights,
For one cannot burn as bright
as the sun
Without getting burned by the
fire."
"Then eat the dead, and carry
yourself to the top of the
mountains, and die!"
She yelled.
"My Sweet," said I,
"I want to make love,
for it's the only force
of life that saves
your inhuman soul"
She: "But love? What love?
Where can you see it in me?
"But you haven't shined,
you've only liked,
but I came here to help,"
I said.
"Make love to me, you daren't stop:
holding back at climax kills you,"
She said.
I: "Oh, please don't spoil the surprise,
I intend to die on top of you"
"I'll steal your soul, and in return,
you'll receive the stone you seek;
A life for a life is quite the deal,
when one never ends
and the other is real."
But I said, "I do not wish to part with that,
but give a child; a bit of both?"
"A child?" said she.
And I replied,
"The embodiment of our souls combined;
an idea, lovers in union;
between the Queen of the Underworld,
her lusty teeth to bite me,
and
My humanity, the light within,
to balance in perfect harmony."
"Then come, and show me who you are."
"Thank she," thought I, for
I could never show her
how I've changed.
The Greatest Trick I Ever Learned:
Infect the wicked with light and love,
And raise a God of our own.
