"He still loves you Sophie, you were the first one to give him a gift that is the most priceless and precious thing in this world and I agree. You do deserve more credit than you've been given. You are an amazing mother Sophie, Adonis adores you and no matter what goes on between Aubrey and I, you will never be excluded from this family. 

I'm not here to take your place, please believe me when I say that!" Adrianne hoped that taking a few steps further in her direction, with the calmness and sincerity in her voice would make Sophie surrender.

She was, however, dead wrong.

"So why did he give you a ring!? Why did he do everything that I wanted him to do for and with me for and with you? Clearly you are the problem here Adrianne, goodbye!" The following events seemed to move in slow motion as the bullet escaped from the gun.

Adrianne didn't have time to react, she knew that her daughter was protected and so was her family.

Sophie wouldn't dare shoot them because she knew just wanted her out of the picture.

Screams rang out from everyone, aghast at what Sophie just did.

The sound was deafening, making Promise cry.

"Nooooooo!" Kenya's shrieking was loud enough to break glass. She crouched over with her niece in hand.

Aubrey's eyes widened in shock, screaming at Sophie in agony at everything that was happening before him.

Everything seemed like a blur at that moment.

Kenya, Reece and Troy couldn't even process what was happening before their eyes.

Chubbs and the rest of the guys immediately ran over to Sophie and OB grabbed the gun out of her hands as Mark grabbed hold of Sophie.

Aubrey rushed to Adrianne, catching her body as it fell into his arms. Everyonelse followed after him.

But it was too late. She'd already been shot. Sophie had finally snapped.

Marissa watched her daughter collapse to the ground from heaven. She saw the agony and shock on everyone's face but she felt Aubrey's pain.

She felt Kenya and Troy's pain. Why? Was her question. Why couldn't Sophie just let her daughter be happy with the man that she loved? 

Marissa watched Adrianne's assigned Angel trying to protect her for as long as possible until the ambulance arrived. When she laid eyes on her husband it was when her heart broke in two. 

Why couldn't the angel prevent it? Because it was all part of God's plan to make Aubrey and everyone 

He'd already lost the love of his life, he couldn't lose one of his kids too. The thought of losing any of them was a hard pill to swallow.

Blood gushed out of the side of her abdomen, where she had been shot. Adrianne was knocked unconscious.

"No! Let go of me, Aubrey!" She yelled his name but Aubrey couldn't even think straight at the moment.

Fear and sadness fell upon him looking down at her unconscious body. Her face looked lifeless which only brought on more tears.

"Get some towels now!" Kenya called, she got down onto the floor and placed Adrianne's head on top of her knee to prop it up.

"Where's the fucking ambulance!?" Aubrey yelled out in frustration as Roxx and Baka returned with towels and a first aid kit.

"Troy and Unc went outside to call them. Man I know you're freaking out right now but you gotta calm-" Mark started but was soon cut off by Aubrey.
