Earlier this afternoon, authorities dispatched to check on the woman reported she seemed hesitant to leaving her home or interact with anyone. The chief of police decided to allow the woman outside her property line due to concerns for her mental health. Upon realizing she was freed, the woman immediately took a walk around her neighborhood and even chatted with her neighbor, whom she used to fight with. Authorities are keeping a watchful eye on her to make sure she doesnt hurt herself, but wish to assure the public that the reason behind this decision was to keep her in good spirits while she continues to heal.
