Reflections.

Favorite place

School had finished and all the students were outside the building in the cold rainy weather. Adrian was sitting in the front stair entrance trying to see if he can spot Mary.

Today Adrian made a fool outside out of himself and he wanted to make it up to her. He wanted to show her that the person she met today wasn't him. He wanted to make things right and start on the right foot.

Manny noticed Adrian from where he was at and approached him. Once Adrian noticed Manny coming his way he tried to play it cool and not seem like a stalker.

''Are you waiting for a ride or something? You know you can always ask me bro.''

Adrian didn't say a word. In fact he didn't even realize what Manny just said. His mind was too busy trying to detect anyone in the crowd with purple streaks of hair.

''Adrian.'' Manny said louder.

''Yeah..What happened.'' Manny rolled his eyes. From the way Adrian looked at him, Manny can tell that he was spaced out and worried about something.

''So Camilla's party...You have to come Adrian, you need to let loose.''

''Yeah sure.'' Adrian said thoughtlessly still looking around the crowd.

''Wait seriously? Great i'll pick you up at 7:00 tomorrow. Oh and by the way I'm stealing 2 bottles of liquor from my dad so don't panic if I drink.''

''Uh-Huh.''

''You're a fucking Goat Adrian, I have to go now.'' Manny shouted as he jogged to the school parking lot.

Adrian still waited. The rain was starting to pour much more harder and his hair and clothes were getting soaked. Just when he was about to give up something caught his eye.

There she was. In the end of the block ready to cross the street.

Adrian grabbed his bag that was laid on the ground. Ran as fast as he can to end of the block with all his ability. As he was running, he felt himself almost stumbling from all the raining. The drops of rain was messing with his vision, causing him to wince his eyes.

Fuck. He thought.

She was already on the other street. Adrian decided to speed up his pace.

''RoseMary, Wait Please!!'' He shouted as loud as he can.

She stopped and looked up with a confused expression in her face.

Once Adrian made it to the block, He was out of breathe with his cheeks red on fire and hair all soaked.

''Rosemary...Mary..whatever.'' He said trying to catch his breathe.

Just as he was approaching to her, Adrian tripped on a rock and fell splat on top of Mary near a small Muddy pond.

It all happened so quick, Adrian didn't realize they were both now covered in dirt of mud. He felt Mary's heart racing since both chests were close to each other. One leg was in-between her skirt and once he realized the awkward position they were he quickly got up, trying to help Mary as well.

She looked furious, Like she was ready to cut Adrian open in half any minute now.

''Mary..I am so sorry please-''

''Don't go near me.''

''Mary.''

''Don't..Go near me.''

Adrian stepped aside for a bit, trying to give her some space.

''Can I talk now please, I know you think the worst of me right now but I need to explain myself.''
