As the screen zooms in on his face he opens his eyes to see himself in a void covered in black-green mist from his mouth to his feet

Izuku looks over to the side seeing 8 strangers lined up side by side and recognizes All Might mentor Nana Shimura and realizes that the others are the past users

Lilac: The people you see are the past users of one for all including all might's mentor

Storm:there's also one more thing about this quirk with deku

As he looks over and sees 2 people and recognizes the one with his eyes widened to see All for One younger self as he had his hand on his younger brother with the same white hair except for the eyes as he was on the ground trying to pry off but not strong enough and shows Izuku's hand reaching out to him as the first user does the same

Yoichi:so your..the ninth..

Everyone mind:ninth?

Uraraka:what does that mean?

Lilac:it means that Izuku is the ninth user of one for all

As there hands are close to contact with each other, a sound of glass breaks as it shows the Izuku's room is a mess and him awake as he is sweating from the dream

Izuku: *heavy breathing while looking at his hand as it glows*
