It is night time at Hogsmeade station, the train blows its whistle and pulls into outside the station. Hagrid walks along the side aisle, with a lantern. People, in their robes, begin pouring out of the train.
The train slowed right down and finally stopped. People pushed their waytoward the door and out on to a tiny, dark platform. Harry shivered inthe cold night air. Then a lamp came bobbing over the heads of thestudents, and Harry heard a familiar voice: "Firs' years! Firs' yearsover here! All right there, Harry? 'Rora?"Hagrid's big hairy face beamed over the sea of heads.
"Yesss we get to watch you guys get sorted!!" Sirius cheered jumping up and down as he ran around his hair flowing around crazily. Remus smiled at the boy trying desperately to get him to sit down as they kept watching.
Harry, Aurora and Ron, now in their robes, walk up to Hagrid. "Where's Abigail?"
"Fudge-cakes where'd she go?" Harry whispered, the boy was looking around rapidly trying to pick out the girl in the sea of red, blue, yellow and green. He saw a flash of her hair and her smile for just a second before she disappeared again and his smile from before began to fade. "We'll find her I'm sure." He voiced, more to himself than anyone else."Right then," Hagrid nodded, "This way to the boats! Come on, now, follow me."
Later, a large number of boats are plugging across a vast lake, where up ahead a huge castle, known as the Hogwarts Castle, can be seen. People are in awe. Ron, Aurora, Harry and a boy called Neville are all sat in a boat together and then the camera flicks over to Abigail who'd gotten into a boat with a blonde boy, a blonde girl and a boy with a buzz cut. The blonde boy scowled at her, "Why are you here you've stolen Adrian's spot!"
"Um I didn't mean to take someone's spot but this was the first space I saw plus you're friend seems perfectly fine seeing as he's not in the water," Abigail gestured to a boat next to them to a boy whose robe was flipped upwards the name 'Adrian' sewn into the corner.
The blonde boy turned his nose up and scowling, "Ugh shut up you stupid girl my bets are you're a mudblood."
Everyone in the hall shuddered at the word, Hermione instinctively clutching at her arm as Ron threw his arms around her.
"He kind looks like-" Fabian whispered.
"-Yeah I know." Gideon muttered back.
Abigail whispered to the blonde girl next to her, "How much would you bet if we fell in his hair would cause a toxic reaction to the animals from all that gel,"
Laughs rattled the hall a severe juxtaposition to the silent moment nearly a second earlier.
The girl giggled, "Godric you're funny, I'm Daphne Greengrass by the way," she smiled sticking out her hand.
"I'm Abigail nice to meet you Daph I can feel we're gonna be good friends based on merely your humour."
"Oh same here Abigail same here, that boy by the way his names Draco Malfoy and because of that surname alone he believes he's better than everyone else in this world," the girl rolled her eyes, clearly exhausted by him.Narcissia's face contorted and sank as she realised what her son had been in that moment, his father.
"Oh I know boys like him trust me," Abigail said, "we'll meet many more of them and deck them in the face every time."
"Every time?" Daphne whispered, teasingly.Abigail's fist stuck out and hit Draco Malfoy straight in the face, he fell backwards into the water his hair flailing around as he swam and shivers racking his body both girls grinned as he was pulled back into the boat by buzzcut boy.
