"Celeste" Silva put his hand on her shoulder. She gave a small jump and looked around confused "Are you okay?" asked worried
She was pale and her hands were shaking a little. Verena shook her head and squinted, trying to clear the fog in her mind.
"A little dizzy. But at least the pain has subsided" she tried to smile but it looked like a grimace "You need to find Farah and Ben. Gather the students in the courtyard. Nicolai is going with you"
"And you?" sky approached
"I need to do something. I'll meet you there." She got out of the car, making an effort to keep her legs from giving out.
"Celeste.."
"Saul, I'll be fine. Now go"
"Come on Silva. Trust her" Nicolai intervened pulling him by the elbow.
"How can you leave her alone? She's clearly not well. She can barely stand." Silva tugged his arm back hard as they walked through the door.
He turned to go back to her, but she was gone.
"I'm worried too. She's my family." Nicolai caught his eye. Making the specialist headmaster glare at him "But I've seen her much worse. I've seen her at rock bottom. And she survived. I've seen her escape death. Verena is the strongest, most stubborn person I know. Whatever's going on with her, she won't let herself fall. Trust your woman and go do your job. headmaster."
The two stared at each other, reaching an agreement.
"Three of the eldest ones with me and Nicolai. Let's go get some armor and weapons" ordered composing himself "The rest of you, search the school. Bring all the students to the courtyard. Make pairs. Now go!"
As if trained, three students followed the two men, the others forming quick pairs and fanning out across the school.
On the other side of the grange castle that was Alfea, a few corridors away from the Winx Suite, Verena found a new victim of Medusa.

The courtyard filled with students. All with the same feeling. Horror. So many stories about the terrible creatures, about the battles that took place against them. Now it was all real. Now they lived that horror.
Silva and Nicolai help and instruct some to put on their armor. Harvey, with the help of the cook and a few nature fairies, set up a Zambaq prep area.
"Silva, soon she will appear" Nicolai tried to reassure the man beside him, who kept looking around for Verena.
"What if she's gotten worse? What if she's passed out somewhere?"
Nobody was able to answer. Everyone saw that her health was not good. And word of her loss of control in the forest spread among the students.
