Adrienne navigated her way through the drunk teenagers, looking around the place and found a quiet secluded area away from it all, taking a seat on a bench.

The cool night breeze in the dark brought a sense of calmness to her as she played with her ring that rested on her left ring finger.

It was peaceful for a while as she enjoyed the comforting silence, getting lost in her own thoughts, until she was snapped out of them when a familiar female blonde, who was the last person she would expect, took a seat next to her on the bench.

"Why are you always in the shadows and darkness?" Stella asked. "It's spooky and creepy."

Adrienne shrugged, staring up at the beautiful stygian sky. "I like the darkness ... There's just something to the feeling of not knowing your surroundings and not seeing the colour of things as they appear but as they truly are."

"There's ... There's just something unspoken about the dark, the quiet, the cold," Adrienne explained. "Something I can never quite put words into. Something terrifying yet beautiful. You probably have no idea what I'm saying, but I just like it."
