It had been a few days since Stella had left, and everyone noticed how Adrienne didn't seem the same since then. The dark-haired fairy specialist would pretend that she was perfectly fine, but Riven and Sky knew better.

Dowling, Silva and Harvey had extended training on all the specialists and fairy since then, pushing everyone to their limits so they could be prepared if any Burned Ones would attack them.

Adrienne sat on the bench, watching Terra and Riven train. After the two finished, the earth fairy came and sat next to the shadow fairy who seemed to be lost in her own thoughts.

"That vine restraint move's not half bad, Ter," Kat complimented.

Terra chuckled. "Thanks. It's, uh... It's all about the, um, the tensile strength of the cellulose."

Kat flashed her a smile before walking away while Riven took a seat between Terra and Adrienne. "Ah, tensile strength. Hot."

There was a tense silence between them two before Riven sighed. "She's right, you know. You're a force out there."
