BENTON HOME

The Next Morning, my Dad and I are working on a jalopy car in the garage.

Well, actually, I'm handing him the tools from his toolbox and he's working on the jalopy car.

"So, how's your class assignments?" My Dad asked me, working under the jalopy car hood.

"It's good. You know me, Dad, good grades." I said to him. "I love you, Dad."

My Dad looks at me, becoming worried. "What is it, Violanthe?"

"I said "I love you". I said to him.

"And I love you too, but something's off. And you're not telling me, your Mom or Boni." My Dad said.

I gently hugs him. And he gently hugs me back.

"Love you Dad." I tell him.

"Love you too, Violet." My Dad said.

SOMERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

In the half empty school hallway, I'm sitting on the sofa bench. Cherry slowly walks up to me and sits down beside me and crosses her leg over her leg.

"So, can I asks you a question?" Cherry asked me with a typical smirk on her plum matte lips.

"And knowing that typical smirk on you face, I assume that you want to talk about the kiss between Jonny and Me, right?" I said to her.

"It was the epic "Jiolet" kiss." Cherry said to me.

"How are Spencer and You?" I asked her.

"Don't try to change the subject, Violetquinn." Cherry said.

I slowly walks into the student lounge. The Benton Gang are sitting around on the three seat sofas, chatting with each other.

"Hey, Violet." Sonya said, and becomes worried. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I'm fine." I said, sitting down in the armchair. "I love you guys, I really do."

"We love you too, Violet." Jonny said.

"Even me, surely." Cherry said.

"Aww, Cherry, that's so sweet." I said to her, playfully teasing her a bit.

Cherry rolls her eyes, annoyed, but smiles a little bit.
