This is more platonic than romance so please, don't think Geno is a Zoophile.. Zoophile's are disgusting..

Geno's apartment is a bit larger than the average apartment. It's more spacious, and his living area has been remodeled into a cozy looking room with comfy chairs.
There's even a little kitten in there. Geno had bought a small kitten from an adoption agency, he named it Death due to their fur being pitch black and the common tales of black cats being the bringer of Death.

The kitten had quickly become attached to Geno, and was often curled up on his lap while Geno read to him or played with his paws and ears. When Geno didn't have work or practice to keep him busy, he usually brought Death to play outside. The cat loved being outside. He never minded running around on Geno's hands or jumping onto the couch to curl up with Geno.

"why are you so cute?"

Geno would coo at him as he ran his fingers through Death's fur, earning a purr and nuzzle back against him.
Geno had found that when he petted him the right way, Death started to fall asleep, and his tail would wag lazily.
He was also really affectionate, if he could be called that. Geno wasn't sure whether that was because he was old or what breed of cat he was. Either way, he loved cuddling with Death whenever they could, no matter how late it was.

Geno sat patiently at the table, doing his homework. He was too focused on the textbook in front of him to notice the kitten walking down the hall towards him.
Death jumped up onto the table, sitting himself down next to Geno. His eyes were half closed, and Geno knew the poor thing was exhausted.

"You okay, Death?"

He asked softly, leaning forward and patting the top of the black cat's head. Death responded by closing his eyes, and resting his chin atop Geno's shoulder. Geno chuckled.

"I'll take that as a yes."

He gently picked Death off the table, making his way out of the kitchen and over towards his bed. He set the feline down carefully before crawling under the blankets next to him.
They both laid together quietly for a few minutes before Death moved to lay down next to him. Geno turned towards his side and wrapped an arm around the black cat, pulling him closer to him. He gave him one final gentle stroke across his back before turning off the light and falling asleep.

(like every great story and/or movie that's like this starts by-)

The sun slowly rising. In just a few moments, it would rise high above the sky and stream through Geno's bedroom window. The soft breeze coming through the open windows woke Geno up.

He slowly sat up in his bed, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He stretched and yawned loudly, stretching his arms in the air and popping his joints. He turned his gaze to where he thought he would be met with Death but no he was met with a view of a stranger, IN HIS BED. In panic Geno kicked the stranger off.
The man grunted and opened his eyes blearily.

"what was that for..?"

He mumbled in complaint.
Geno looked down to see he was wearing his boxers and nothing else. Geno couldn't believe this stranger got into his bed.

"What are you? Some kind of stalker?"

He asked suspiciously

Geno glared at the stranger, though he noticed the small detail of a skeleton cat tail and ears. 'DEATH!'

"What did you do to Death?"

The man looked confused, and tilted his head to the side. It reminded Geno of something Death would do.

"I'm Death."

The man replied.

"Death is my cat. Where is he?"
"But l am yours. My name is Death."

Geno scoffed at him, crossing his arms over his chest.

"How'd you get in my house?"
"what do you mean? You brought me here when l was small."
"Your not Death. Death is a cat, he is not a random stranger that just appeared in my bed."
"But l am Death."
"Fine. Then tell me something only Death would know."

Geno has seen people say a line similar to that on TV, and he guessed that if he really knew something only Death and him knew well, he would be surprised. 'why is Death a person?'

"l remember a time where you took me to the park, l fell from the tree and you hugged me. You always hug me."

The stranger smiled warmly, his teeth was sharp for it to be normal skeletal teeth. Geno sighed as he had no other choice but to believe that this was Death.

" So.. Why Are You a person, and why now..? "
" l have no idea."

Geno sighed and laid back down, maybe he was dreaming. It being a habit, Death nuzzled into Geno's neck. Geno blushed as he wasn't used with sleeping with another person, a cat sure but another skeleton, No way.

Death moved to get more comfy and rested his head on Geno's lap.
Geno looked down at the cat and scratched behind his ear lightly. It made the cat purr and move closer.
'This is stupid.' He told himself. If this wasn't real life, then why was Death in his bed and talking like it was real life. He should tell someone about this. Geno was snapped out of his thoughts as Death licked his hand. He yelped slightly.

"Dude! I swear!"

He muttered to himself.
Death was laying down on top of Geno and seemed content. Geno sighed and relaxed into the mattress. Maybe he will wake up soon.

Besides this is all a dream...

RIGHT??
