As the ship flows smoothly through hyperspace captain William looks out the view screen on the bridge of his consular-class cruiser. His ship has been sent with Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi to make first contact with the humans of Sol III or as the inhabitants call their world Earth. When his ship was ordered to make contact, he made sure that he read up on all the republic had gathered on Sol III. The more he read about the history the more he saw that the history of this small world is drenched in blood. As he stood on the bridge of his ship the Jedi Master and his Padawan walked on to the bridge of his ship.

"We should be coming out of hyperspace in a few mins" the ship's navigator stated.

"Good" the captain said "Jedi, have you come up with what you will say to the people of Sol III"

"I have finished my address to the people of Sol III" Qui-Gon Jinn told the captain.

Before anyone could speak the ship jumps out of hyperspace with the blue marble of a world which must be Sol III. As the pilot takes them into the atmosphere two unknown craft flys up next to the ship. With a brief coms traffic between the ship and what they now known as U.S Air Force F-22 raptors. Once the ship touched down on the field outside of the city of New York which to the Jedi Masters Knowledge is the capital of the United Nations. As the Jedi master, his Padwan, and the captain walk down the ramp they are greeted by the Secretary-General of the UN and world leaders of the UN Security Council which he would come to know is China, France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

"Greetings, on the behalf of the United Nations I welcome you to our little part of the galaxy" the UN Secretary General António Guterres introduced as he reached out his hand to shake, "my name is António Guterres the Secretary General of the United Nations"

As Master Qui-Gon Jinn reached out his own hand and shook António Guterres hand and responded, "I am Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn of the Jedi Order and a representative of the Galactic Republic"

"Well Master Qui-Gon Jinn, follow me, and we will take you to the United Nations headquarters in New York city" the Secretary General said.

As the Jedi Master and his Palawan road in what the inhabitants of this planet calls cars. They rode with the Secretary General and two guards with a blue beret with what looked like there world with leafs under it.

"If, I my" the Jedi Master ask "but what dose your flag mean."

"you my" the Secretary General responded "the olive branch is a symbol of peace, while the world map represents the Organization in its quest to attain world peace."

"a very noble path" the Jedi master responded.

"To the United Nations and to the people this world I am Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. On behalf of the Galactic Republic I will begin to welcome this new world into this galaxy with open arms"
