Chapter 2: Until Potions Draco

Rosa turns around heading towards her dorm, leaving Draco confused. He turns back around heading back to the common room where his friends are waiting. "So Draco, what's the new girl's name?" Pansy asks curiously. "She's not new..." Draco says defeated and still bewildered. "What?! Then who is she?" Goyle asks stunned. "I don't know, she said she would only give me the hint to look at her appearance." Draco finishes before becoming lost in thought.

Her appearance...... What was it about her appearance? She had red hair. Bluey, greeney, brownish eyes, and fairly pale skin. What was it?

"Draco is lost in Dreamworld again." Theodore chuckles snapping Draco out of yet another transe. "Shut it Nott. I'm just trying to remember!" Draco spats getting irritated. "Just rest on it and ask her more tomorrow, for Merlin's sake" Mattheo says as he walks away to the dorms.

The next morning Draco is sitting at his normal spot with his friends, lost in thought once again. He shakes his head and looks up to see Rosa sitting down at the very end of the table reading a book.

"I'm going to talk to her!" Draco says getting up and walking over to Rosa. Draco has a determined look on his face, he will find out who she is. He sits down and Rosa doesn't even look up. They sit in silence for a little, enough that his friends, who of course were watching from their seats, were confused as to why they haven't said anything yet. Draco clears his throut and looks at Rosa, who seems unfazed.

"What do you mean look at your appearance?" Draco says looking at the girl's eyes who were still trained on her book. Draco looked down at the book, she seemed to be reading a really old book, the title wasn't on the front.

Without looking up from her book, "So you haven't figured out who I am?" Rosa chuckles from behind the book. "No obviously I haven't. So tell me.... Please" Draco starts off mean but at the end rememebrs who he's talking to, both being very evident emotions on his face. His friends see this and chuckle lightly to themselves.

"And why would I do that Draco?" Rosa says finally looking up from her book, looking directly into Draco's eyes. Draco stared at her beautiful eyes. They were so captivating. Draco looks down to concentrate on the next thing he is going to say. "Because I am asking..... nicely" He looks back into her eyes and sees a mischivious look on her face. "Guess you will just have to wait until potions class then hm?" Rosa says smirking.

Draco's friends look intrigued for they can't hear the conversation but they can see the girl's face and expression and that of Draco's expression. "That is the first class we have together yes? I heard you talking to your friends about it last night." Rosa finishes chuckling. "Yes I guess it is" Draco says questioning.

"Until potions Draco" Rosa gets up and walks away before turning around to Draco again. "And by the way, I am reading the history of the Sacred 28" she says before turning around again walking off to who knows where.

Draco defeated again walks back to his friends who were all ready with questions for him. "So what happened?" Blaise asks. "Did you find out her name?" Pansy asks over Blaise. "Why was she smirking at you?" Crabbe asks over both of them. Draco sits down and puts his head in his hands. His friends going from curious to worried.

"She was laughing that I hadn't figured it out yet. And how I will have to wait until we have potions together later to find out then." Draco says from within his hands. His friends look at him curiously once again. "How does she know you have potions together? Unless you discussed class schedules with her before knowing her name." Theodore says laughing.

"She overheard us all last night discussing my schedule before we noticed her, she's a smart one?" Draco says without moving. "For Merlin's sake can we stop discussing this stupid girl already?" Mattheo says annoyed. Draco lifts his head up to look at his friend astonished.

"Riddle, have you seen the girl? Forget about looks, she's a Slytherin who has gone to school with us since we were in Year 1 and yet none of us know who she is. She was sitting alone at lunch reading a book. We might all be dicks to outsiders but considering she's a Slytherin don't you feel it's our duty to make sure she feels welcome in her own house? She seems lonely." Draco says on a rant earning a mixture of different stares from his friend but Mattheo is still annoyed, even more now.

"You wouldn't be saying that if you knew who she was." Mattheo mumbles turning his head from the group. "Riddle! Do you know who she is?" Blaise says look questionably at Mattheo. "Yes ok! I know who she is." Mattheo says angrily. "Who is she Riddle?" Draco asks a mixture of anger and confusion. Mattheo laughs wickedly, "I guess you will have to wait for potions dear old Malfoy." And with that Mattheo walks off.

Draco is now walking to Potions class, he has been distracted all day trying to figure out who this girl is and how Mattheo Riddle knows who she is. He enters the classroom and sees her sitting alone once again reading the same book.

He looks to his friends who have all sat in a circle around her smirking at Draco. He walks over and sits next to the ginger headed girl. Rosa once again didn't look up from her book, "Hello Draco. How have you been on this marvelous day?" Draco looks at the girl confused then behind him to Blaise and Theodore.

"How did you know it was me?" He asks confused. "You don't think I am that daft do you?" She askes earning the same confused look from the group that can now all hear her unlike before. She puts her book down with a gentle smile. She knows something.

"You don't think I didn't assume you told your friends about our encounters? I know they are trying to figure out who I am too, I honestly thought you were all smarter than this." Rosa says laughing. Now it wasn't confusion on their faces, they were mad.

"I could sense all your friends sitting around me as they walked in, and I know they are all listening to me now to, so Hello Blaise Zambini, Pansy Parkinson, Theodore Nott, Crabbe and Goyle as Draco refers to you, oh and surprisingly Mattheo Riddle! Glad to see you all and have you eavesdropping. Now if you'll all excuse me I was reading something." Rosa turns back to her book smirking the entire time she reads, the group astonished around her. Within a minute Professor Snape starts taking attendance.

Professor Snape is a majority of the way down the list. "Draco Malfoy," Professor Snape says as slowly as he can. "Here Professor" Draco says looking towards Rosa. Snape is reaching the end of his list and Draco grows more confused since mystery girl's name hasn't been called. "Ronald Weasley" Snape says looking up into the classroom. Rosa looks around looking for her brother, but he wasn't there. "Rosa, where is he?" Professor Snape says looking at her.

"I'm sorry I wouldn't know Professor" She answers. Draco looks towards the person he now knows as Rosa, but why was Professor Snape asking her where Weaslbe is? "So.... Rosa, now I know your name. But why was Snape asking you where Weaslbe is?" Draco asks turning his whole body to her. "Well, if Ron is a Weaslbe as you put it. I guess I am too since he is my twin."
