The vampire diaries: Caroline and Klaus

The connection: Caroline's POV

When I wake up Klaus is gone and I remember what happened last night.

I have several missed calls and text from Elena. Apparently Bonnie told her everything.

I know I shouldn't be with Klaus but it's like he's the other half of me. The bad half.

Even though Bonnie supports Klaus and I being together she only supports it because she knows she can't stop it. Elena on the other hand is pissed off at me.

Bonnie and I meet Elena at the Salvador mansion at 12 pm. Elena says that Klaus is bad for me and Bonnie doesn't disagree.

They think I should leave town for some time to think. To be 100% sure that it's Klaus I want without him influencing me.

The plan is for me to leave tonight at around 1 am. After I visit klaus I am to go home get some sleep then leave so he doesn't start looking for me until as late as possible.

Bonnie puts some sort of spell on me that makes it so other witches can't locate me.

By the time we have all the plans set out it's 3pm. I don't know where I'm going yet because Elena and Bonnie told me not to tell them just incase Klaus goes after them for information about my whereabouts.

Elena and Bonnie walk me home and give me a hug goodbye. They remind me to get rid of my phone before I leave because it can be tracked.

I tell them I'll see them in a few months then go back inside my house.

I grab a blood bag then turn on the tv. After a couple of hours of watching tv it's 6pm and I decide to pack.

When I've finished packing all my clothes, makeup and other items I decide to text Klaus.

He text back saying he'll be at my house by 8. It's 7:55.

I quickly put my hair in a pony tail, apply some mascara and lip gloss and change into a pair of black leggings and a purple shirt.

When the door rings and I open it it's Klaus. He looks hot in his blue jeans and black shirt.

"Hello love well don't you look ravishing." He says to me with his usual confidence and smirk. I blush and allow him in.

We walk to the couch and we decide to watch a move. He lets me pick a movie and I pick the notebook. By the end of the movie I'm crying and he's just staring at me.

"Come on love lets get you to bed." Klaus says gently. I see that it's 10:30.

When he puts me down in my bed he's about to leave but I tackle him from behind. I attack him with kisses. I corner him into the bed and sit on top of him.

We start grinding against each other and I take of his shirt. "Caroline" he says hesitantly. "Are you sure you want to do this?" I pull him even closer to him and say "more than anything."

Before I know it all of our clothes are on the floor. His hands are all over me and he's teasing me. "Klaus" I scream. "I need you now." He just laughs which makes me furious. "Love I want you to beg for it."

At this point I'm really pissed off but I decide to beg anyways. He finally enters in me in a thrust. "Nik" I scream. "Oh nik." And he mumbles something that sounds like my name.

Right when we are both about to climax he says that he wants to try something. He tells me to bite him when he says so and he'll do the same.

"Now" he says as we are both about to climax. Drinking his blood during this is the best feeling in the world. I feel as if I'm about to die from pleasure and he feels the same.

When the pleasure finally subsides we finally stop drinking each other's blood. We release each other from our hold on one another.

"Wow. What was that?" I say shocked. "My brother Kohl taught that to me but I've never tried it before now." Klaus says. "That was amazing. Best sex of my life." I say embarrassed. Klaus chuckles and agrees.

"Caroline I probably should of told you this before. I have to leave for New Orleans tomorrow. I've been putting this off to long. I would love for you to come with me."

I'm just staring at him as if he's out of his mind. He should of told me this before he slept with me. Not after.

"What's so important that you have to go to New Orleans for?" I ask hesitantly.

"Caroline since I want things to be 100% honest between the both of us I'm going to tell you just don't be mad." He waits for me to agree and when I do he starts talking.

"Back a few months ago when I was trying really hard to win your attention and you ignored me I got drunk. Really drunk. Haley was at my house and we happened to have a one night stand. Since I'm half werewolf I was able to get her pregnant. She has my child. I don't care about her Caroline I love you not her. However many people are after that child and I have to protect her. I have to go to New Orleans to protect her because that's where the witches are performing the spell to make sure the baby stays healthy." When he's done talking he looks at me hesitantly.

I have nothing to say. That bastard didn't think to tell me he got a girl pregnant. Haley of all people. That were-slut. I'm glad I'm leaving tonight.

"No klaus I don't wanna go with you and that were-slut just leave." I scream angrily. "But Caro-" "leave" I scream interrupting him.

He just looks at me sadly and then leaves.

I look at my clock and see its 12:30 am. I decide to wait until 1 before I leave in case he's still out there watching.

Once the clock strikes 1 I grab all my stuff and get into my car heading who knows where.

I text Elena and Bonnie a quick goodbye before throwing my phone out the window.

I don't know where I'm going but it's going to be far away from Klaus. I don't want to see him ever again I think angrily.

I end up driving for 18 hours straight. Only stopping for gas a couple of times.

By the time I stop I'm in some random town. It's 8pm and I decide to spend the night in a hotel.

I compel the owner for a free room then head into my room for some sleep. As soon as I hit my bed I fall fast asleep.

In my dream I see klaus. "Where are you?" He screams angrily. "How is this possible. How am I seeing you here?" I ask him flustered.

"When we exchanged blood during sex. It gave us a connection that we have when we sleep." He says hesitantly. "Now where are you I'll come and get you." "No. I don't want you to come and get me. Just go enjoy your life in New Orleans with Hayley the were-slut. You'll never find me." I say with confidence.

He looks so angry that I'd be afraid he'd kill me if this wasn't a dream. Just as I'm desperately trying to figure out a way to wake up he says "I'll find you" and then I wake up.

I'm still tired but I know that if I go back to sleep Klaus will be in my dreams. I instead decide to catch a late snack.

I walk outside the hotel and find a homeless man sitting by himself. I compel him not to be afraid then drink about half the blood in his system. He passes out but he'll be find and wake up in 10-15 minutes not remembering a thing.

Since there's nothing else to do I grab my stuff, compel the hotel staff to forget me and drive away.

I'm going to try to find a witch to block this connection I have with klaus.
