(Krillin is seen on Kami's Lookout, hearing the news about Moro and his army)
Krillin: Huh? That's a lot to take in!
Bulma: So you see, the Galactic Patrol needs all the fighters it can get. On that note, where are Gohan and Tien?
Krillin: Gohan's at one of his college lectures, but he'll swing by after that. And Tien doesn't own a phone, so we've got no way to reach him.
Bulma: Geez, who doesn't have a phone these days?
Krillin: Should we call Yamcha?
(Bulma notices Jaco's ship arriving on the Lookout)
Bulma: Jaco's here.
(Jaco comes out of his ship to greet everyone)
Jaco: Hey, Bulma. I told you to gather all the toughest warriors!
Bulma: Krillin was the only one who could come. He's got absolutely nothing else going on.
Krillin: I'm not that free...
(Esca comes out of the ship with Jaco)
Esca: Dende!!
Dende: Esca! It's really you! Thank goodness you're safe!
(Esca runs to hug his fellow Namekian)
Jaco: That kid tagged along when I said I was heading for Earth.
Piccolo: Was he the only one who made it?
Jaco: Yep. You three are the last remaining Namekians.
Esca: I'm ready to fight for peace in the galaxy! And to restore Namek! So if there's any way I can help, please let me know!
Pasta: (Laughs) As if you losers could ever stand up to Moro.
(Piccolo and Jaco turn around and see the Macereni Siblings in a cage)
Pasta: It's obey or be killed—no third option, y'hear?
Jaco: Pasta! You three are the last people I expected to run into here!
(Jaco marches up to the caged siblings)
Pasta: Long time no see, pipsqueak.
Jaco: Ugh, I've never met anyone who belonged in a cage more than you.
Pasta: Mighty kind of you to say.
Jaco: Once everything's alright again... ...You're heading back to the Galactic Prison!
Pasta: (Laughs) You still don't get it—the main force is gonna swoop down to rescue us any day now.
Jaco: What?! You let them contact Moro?!
(Piccolo nods)
Jaco: Try leading with that next time! I'd better ask HQ to confirm who's exactly coming our way!
(In space, a ship is seen flying towards Earth, with the convicts being Shimorekka, Yunba, and Seven-Three)
Shimorekka: "Earth"? Hmm... Never heard of it... How 'bout you, Yunba?
Yunba: Nope, Shimorekka. But I sure hope it's got some yummy treats.
Shimorekka: You've got food on your mind and not much else, huh?
Yunba: Of course! It's been nothing but these stinking bars since we busted outta prison!
Seven-Three: Planet 4032 green-877. Third planet from its star, of the northern sector of space.
Shimorekka: Shoulda known you had the intel Seven-Three.
Seven-Three: Data indicates this planet is still in the developmental stage and is of little value.
