It's been a few weeks, well 3 to be exact. The boys would study after school every other or every two days at Sans home, sometimes skipping when his father was there, to avoid Wooyoung from meeting him.

Wooyoung still has no clue why San won't let him meet his father but he decides there is probably a good reason so he chooses not to butt in and ask.

Today is Wooyoungs birthday, to Wooyoung though, it's nothing special, he never celebrates it and his parents don't remember it, they never did, they aren't ones for birthdays, often times Wooyoung even forgets it's his birthday, he has to check his calender on his phone before realizing, though, today he remembered...in the back of his head.

---

Wooyoung was headed to the library like usual during lunch period, right as he arrived at the doors, he was stopped by someone putting their arm out in front of them, causing him to come to an abrupt stop.

The birthday boy turned to see it was San, not very surprised as the only person who comes up to him...is San...if not a teacher.

"What are you doing?" San said, scanning Wooyoung.

"Study..." Wooyoung responded softly, lightly pointing at the doors with his finger.

"No" San shook his head before grabbing Wooyoungs wrist before pulling him away from the familiar library all the way to the cafeteria, in silence.

Wooyoung was too caught off guard to say no or try and get away, very confused by this encounter.

It's loud in the cafeteria, so loud, Wooyoung hates it, the loud noises. He notices the different groups of people with similar interests with each other, yet he is dragged to Sans table with his friends where San forces him to sit, pushing him down in the seat before taking his own next to him.

Everyone at the table was confused, well that is...except for the culprit, the blonde haired boy.

"Is this the boy you talk about?" Seonghwa asked, directing it towards San whilst smiling at Wooyoung.

Wooyoungs heart was pounding as his body froze, only able to look around with his eyes.

"The cute one?" Yunho added, receiving a quick teasing slap from his boyfriend, on the arm.

"Ouch"

"Yes, it's his birthday, he's so boring though, all he does is study study study, it's basically his personality" San spoke, disregarding the fact that the boy next to him could hear everything he said.

"Well at least he's smart, unlike someone" Seonghwa teased, laughing a bit before looking at Wooyoung.

"Is your name Woo...uh...Wooyoung?"

Wooyoung only bowed his head to him in response, giving an awkward smile while his anxiety was slowly rising more and more.

"I'm Seonghwa, this is my boyfriend, Yunho" Seonghwa said, touching Yunhos shoulder as he introduced him.

Wooyoung bowed his head to Yunho as well.

"It's your birthday? Should we sing?" Seonghwa added, trying to brighten up the mood.

"No" Wooyoung blurted immediately.

"Oh...why not?" The couple asked in unison, pouting their lips.

Wooyoung felt a lot of pressure on himself right now, wishing he would have pulled away from San so he could be in the library, where it was quiet and communication with others was very very unlikely.

"...I dont...celebrate..." Wooyoung admitted, slightly ashamed of it, but also super nervous to talk in general to these people...they seem nice but his anxiety says otherwise.

"Why?" San asked as he grabbed Wooyoungs chin to make him look at him.

Wooyoung was flustered by the sudden touch, his eyes widening a bit.

San got a bit embarassed and let go of the boys face.

Seonghwa was whispering into Yunhos ear something incoherent to the other two. Then they started laughing quietly alone.

"Are you two gossiping?" San butted in quickly, already knowing they are talking about them.

"Secret" Seonghwa winked, putting his index finger up to his own lips for a moment.

This didn't help Wooyoungs anxiety, honestly the boy felt like he was hyperventilating.

Eventually the group noticed his face going pale and the boys seemingly heavier breathing.

"He looks really pale" Yunho pointed out, getting Sans attention.

San looked at Wooyoung, seeing him zoned out.

After a moment on watching the still boy San decides to lean in close to Wooyoungs ear and whisper, "I like you".

A moment of processing, Wooyoung turned and looked at him, realizing San didn't back up, their faces were really close.

Wooyoung backed his head away a bit to create some distance. His head then turned to the couple, which quickly began playing on their phones together to pretend they weren't looking.

Suddenly, San grabbed Wooyoungs phone from his back pocket.

Wooyoung looked at him, watching as he began typing on it.

San got a call to his own phone but it went away as he handed my phone back.

"That's my number, answer me when I text or call you"

Wooyoung took the phone back, "Why?" He asked.

"Why?" San repeated, honestly confused.

He heard the couple trying not to laugh.

"Because, I'm the only person in your contacts, I mean, don't you even have your parents numbers?"

"I dont...?" Wooyoung said quietly.

"Whatever, just pick up your phone when I call or text you" San repeated again.

Seonghwa was giggling on the side, San redirecting his view onto his friends.

"Would you two cut it out?" San said in pure annoyance.
