So I had started to write an epilogue but as usual, life took over and this came late, and I also happened to write it longer than what an epilogue should be - so there's a part 2 to an epilogue as well! :P
I'd suggest you to brush a little on the chapters before, or you may take a bit to recollect some events brought forward here!

The Fate's Lesson - Epilogue
Dr. Rohan finished taking the third round of the corridor before gulping his frustration down his throat and knocking at Akshara's Private Ward.
"Please doctor, may I come-"
"Three more rounds Rohan." Came a hoarse voice.
"Abhi kya kar rahe ho?" Rohan could hear Akshara scolding her boyfriend, "Kabse corridor ke chakkar katwa rahe ho bechare ko! Dr. Rohan?"
Rohan heaved a sigh and peeped inside the ward. "Thank you so much Akshara ma'am!"
...Only to be greeted with the sight of Abhimanyu throwing him a meet-me-outside-the-hospital look.
Akshara swatted Abhi's palm and asked Rohan to come in.
"Bataiye Dr. Rohan," Abhi stood up and put his hands in his pockets, "Senior doctor ke hote hue, junior doctor kyun itne pareshan hai?" Abhi tilted his head, "Corridor ke total battis chakkar kaate tumne, I hope baat important hogi."
Rohan gulped. "Wo..woh... yes sir, important hai," He fumbled and turned to Akshara, "Hearty congratulations ma'am, aapko award milne wala hai," Rohan smiled at her, "maine suna hai function mein CM sahab aur PM sahab bhi invited hain!"
Akshara smiled, "Thank y-"
"Bas yehi batana tha?" Abhi forced a smile, "Bas aaj ke akhbaar ka headline sunane ke liye tumne mere free time ka poora ek minute waste kiya?"
Rohan almost looked like he'd be in tears if Abhimanyu spoke anything more, so Akshara pulled Abhi's hand and sat him down on the chair.
"Nn..nahi woh.. main.. main... sir... Anand sir ne.. woh..."
"Dekho, jo bhi kehna hai, mat kaho." Abhi shooed him, "Jao yahan se."
"Abhi!" Akshu glared at him, and in turn Abhimanyu glared at Rohan.
Abhi was clearly irritated at Rohan disturbing one full minute of the hours he had been getting to spend with his Akshu in the past few days.
"BOLO BHI AB!"
"Inkodischargemilegaaurapkidosurgerieslinedhai."
Akshara blinked while Abhimanyu only stared him down to shreds. Anand stepped inside Akshara's room and found Dr. Rohan on the verge of tears.
"What is this Dr. Abhimanyu?" Anand crossed his arms, "Main dekh raha hoon kaafi dino se tumne Akshara ke ward ko apna cabin bana diya hai." He glanced at the pile of files sprawled across the couch, "Hospital tumhara hai does not mean you will bend the rules."
"Tauji please," Abhimanyu frowned, "Ek do din ki toh baat hai aur, phir Akshu ko discharge-"
"-Aaj hi mil raha hai." Anand completed his sentence, "Yehi batane maine Dr. Rohan ko bheja tha tumhare paas, jisey aadhe ghante se tum corridor ke chakkar katwa rahe ho."
