The Next Morning, Maya sat up stretching her arms to wake herself up, as she did she felt the bed beside her and Rio was gone. She looked beside her and found two aspirin and a glass off water she took them figuring Rio left them for her. She put on one of his t-shirts and went to go and find him, she checked the living room and he wasn't there but he was in his little mini gym lifting weights with a black tank top and black jeans on

"Morning" I smiled. He took a breath before turning to look at me

"You alright darling?" He asked with a red flush and a smile on his face looking me up and down as I zoned out looking out to the city below

"Yeah, just enjoying the view" I said happily. He came over to me and kissed me before reaching me behind me grabbing his shirt hung up on the door

"What are you doing today?" I asked. He walked out to the kitchen and I followed him

"Uh, I have to go to Costco to meet Beth and her crew" he said

"Wait Costco why there?" I tilted my head a little

"I don't know, they probably have a business proposition" he shrugged his shoulders as he walked to the bathroom to shower

"Can I come? Anyways I need to buy a new rug Marcus spilt his orange juice on the white one and it stained" I said sitting on the bed waiting for him

"Okay just don't flip out!" He yelled from the shower

"I won't!" I yelled back. We got ourselves ready and left for the Costco, Rio wore his usual outfit black jeans and matching top and I wore a simple blue ripped jeans with a small white crop top with a white jacket over it. We got to the place and Rio bought a drink for the both of us after the drive here considering I hadn't eaten yet

"Yo" Rio said pulling up a chair at their table for us

"We have a business proposition" Beth said proudly

"Do you now" I murmured under my breath. I rolled my eyes as Rio glanced over at me

"Oh, you guys didn't hit me up to do brunch?" He joked

"To clean your fake money without having to deal with drug dealers or street people" Beth followed up. I let out a snicker and Annie gave me glance

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry continue" I covered my mouth with my hand to hide my smile underneath. He looked at me then averted his attention back at them

"I got a system" He said taking a sip of his drink

"It's a liability" Beth said

"Gets the job done" Rio followed with

"How did your friend get shot again?" Beth questioned him. I glanced over at Rio, he removed the drink from his face and raised his head

"Yeah what are you proposing?" He asked

"Let us do it. Right here" Beth stated

"You wanna clean fake cash here?" He said with a slight grin

"I'm sorry you wanna do what here?!" I questioned

"Or any big box retailer. You know,Walmart, target they have very generous return policies" Annie said. Rio sat there thinking for a moment nodding his head

"And no one thinks twice about a wife buying her husband a flat screen tv or new tires for the mini van" Ruby pitched in

"We trade it all in for fresh cash" Annie said
