Endless Dream
Endless spotlight and gleam
What a beautiful dream
It seems, to be a princess
With no worries or cares
Endless bliss in the world
Happiness measured in gold
Then you blink and it's all gone
Luxury turned to cold bare stone
Endless people at your call
Faeries crowding every ball
But this story that you live
Is not the dream you once believed
Endless hours spent alone
In a castle you don't own
In the tower of your dreams
Waiting for the idiot Prince
What are dreams if not delusions
Perfect? yes, but still illusions
Oh what simple thing it is
Hope to nightmares turn and fears
Easy thing it is to dream
Of the life that could have been
Harder yet to face the truth
Of the life you're going through
