Appearance
Kiba is young man with short spiky black-bluish hair and dark blue eyes. In any outfit he wears, Kiba always have his muffler tied around his neck.
His school uniform are black button shirt with long sleeves along with a sleeveless brown hoodie, long black pants with a belt, and a pair of sport shoes. His school gym uniform is blue tracksuit with long sleeves and long blue sports pants.
His casual outfit are brown sweater with long sleeves, the Spider Watch at his right hand wrist, long black pants and a pair of sport shoes.
Personality
Kiba is a timid and very shy person, tend unable to speak properly or face anyone in person. He tend to hide behind the wall, desk or even his book when speaking to others. He scared that people may dislike him, making him believe that no one wants to befriend with him. This personality tend to be the cause for him to be bullied by other students.
However, as a Dopant or a Rider, Kiba's personality drastically change. He become more aggresive, fierce and destructive due the power flowing through his body. He won't hesitate to crush his enemy in order to win, even going as far as battling like a wild animal, fighting purely out of instinct.
Ever since high school, Kiba had a crush on a girl named Misaki Ryoko. But he unable to admit or confess his feelings because of his fear toward people, and afraid she'll reject him.
History
Kiba was born in at Tokyo. But later, his family moved to Fubuki City where they live there ever since he was little.
Because of his timid and shy personality, Kiba constantly being targeted by bullies, except most of it didn't last long as they somehow ended up be his friends. But it get worse when he reach high school, where he targeted by most of the upperclassmen.
All the bullying driving him to a corner, Kiba discover that a gang selling Gaia Memory in the city. He take his saving and purchase the Fang Gaia Memory in a "special discount." But the time take the item, it is when his life change forever.
Abilities
While appear to be weak, Kiba is actually quite strong and atheletic. He have the potential to become a High Dope but failed to achieve as his Dopant Gaia Memory was destroyed, though it still unknown if he did failed. As a Rider, he is immensely powerful and formidable fighter.
Animal Expert - While Kiba is timid and nervous around people, he just fine around animals. As a part-time private investigator, he tend to take pet searching cases.
Detective-in-Training - Being a part-time investigator, Kiba is still in training. But he is quite skillful in minor, and sometimes, even the major investigation like Memory related cases. For unknown reason, Kiba become skillful in dealing Memory related cases with Hikari's help.
Excellent Combatant - As Kamen Rider Fang, Kiba is a very skillful combatant. He rely toward his brute strength, super speed and wild battle style in combat.

Trivia
• Kiba's surname, Hayate, means "wind." While his first name literally means "fang."
• Kiba is anthropophobic, which means he afraid being around large crowd, making eye contact and being judged by people.
• Kiba owns a Fang themed dirt bike, but rarely use it. He placed the bike at the agency most of the time.
• Kiba have some similarity with Hidari Shotaro; halfboiled, both instinct following detective and love the city they live at. Though unlike Shotaro, Kiba never once said he's hardboiled.
