In the city of Fubuki, a city located near Tokyo. Unlike most places around Tokyo, Fubuki mostly have cold and chilling time. And as cold as the city can be, this city is actually hide away a certain type of crime; the crime connected to Gaia Memory...
Hikari is a beautiful woman with light blue long hair and shiny blue eyes.
Her usual clothes are black coat like vest that have the upper side opened, showing her shoulders, with black-blue blousse shirt, black skirt, and a pair of thighs with black high heel shoes. She wear a pair of moon styled earrings.
Personality
Like her alias said, Hikari is cold and serious yet calm and collective person. She always do her work following the evidence, logical conclusion and sometimes her instinct. But she is not above arrogance, believing that there are things that she can't do it alone.
However, she is blunt and dense. Hikari tend to speak exactly what she think of without trying to be polite. She also sometimes take times to understand even the simplest thing.
Because of her father too busy with work related to Memory cases, she hated Gaia Memories or anything related to it. However, she still take in Kiba to work for her agency in order to dealt with the Dopants in the Memory related cases. She sometimes view Kiba as a younger brother figure, and his precense make her felt relief that she wasn't alone.
History
Hikari is the daughter of a local private investigator, Detective Shirona. Because of their family fortune, they have a good and luxuries life. While not known widely, Hikari's family are known to be generations of detective.
In the high school, Hikari was once famous for her genius intellect as she able to get through many kind of challenge. She is also the childhood friend of Jin, but quite disappointed with him because he just give up after she reject him twice.
Because of her father's work that related to the Memory cases, he rarely have time for her. This makes their relationship very strained, and she grew dislike of Gaia Memory very since. After the death of her father, Hikari take over the agency and take Kiba as her assistant and a part-time private investigator.
Abilities
Hikari is a very skillful private investigator. She are well-known for her skill, and even gain offers from other private investigator agency and even the police.
Genius Intellect - Hikari is very smart in many ways, able to solve cases that was taken in by the agency. She even able to identify any kind of Gaia Memory with just few "keywords."
Expert Detective - She is expert detective, able to follow her instinct, evidence and make logical decision about the crime they investigate.
Photographic Memory - Having such an excellent memory, Hikari able to remember even the slightest thing she saw. Because of this ability, she able to solve cases, even the ones that seem to be hard for others.

Trivia
• Hikari's first name means "light" while her surname means "white."
• Hikari owns a sport car.
• She have some similarity with Philip; following logical decision, blunt and dense. While she also like Narumi Akiko, their difference is that Akiko love her father but do not know about his work, while Hikari resent her father due to Gaia Memory.
