Jeongyeon and Taeil have been in a secret relationship for 8 months. They started dating this year. They have always liked each other for the longest time and they are happy together. It is hard for them to maintain a relationship being famous idols and in the spotlight and travelling and being in the spotlight too. They definitely don't want to be caught by anyone. Their members know about their relationship but not everyone they know. Neither of them thought they would last this long but they have but they have lasted 8 months. Jeongyeon misses Taeil when she is travelling and Taeil misses Jeongyeon when he is travelling

Jeongyeon is leaving for the US soon so she will be gone for a few weeks leaving Taeil behind for a few weeks which he is sad about but he's keeping busy with with his busy schedules but he'll still be missing Jeongyeon. She leaves day after tomorrow so this is the last night they will see each other. Jeongyeon is going to Taeil's after the final US tour rehearsals and he's going to cook for her but she doesn't know that yet. Jeongyeon is going home to get showered before she goes to Taeil's. He is already preparing the ingredients ready for her to come. Jeongyeon will be on her way soon. She s home getting showered and ready now to go her boyfriends place. She is all smelling good and ready to go now. Taeil is excited to see Jeongyeon of course but she'll miss her a lot when she's in the US. She arrives at his place and knocks on the door. "Come in. Door is open" he says. Jeongyeon opens the door and walks in. "Hello, hello" she said. "Hello, beautiful" Taeil smiles. "What a nice surprise? I see you're cooking for me" Jeongyeon said. "Yes I am because it's our last night together for a few weeks before you go" he said. "Awwwww, Tae Tae. You're the best but I'm so sad to leave you" she said. "Me too, baby but you'll be back in a few weeks. Sad I can't come and see you" Taeil said. "I know but we will FaceTime everyday if we can" Jeongyeon said. The meal was ready soon so they sat down at the kitchen table and ate. Jeongyeon thinks Taeil is a pretty good cook. "Thank you. It's simply delicious" she said. "You're welcome and it is. Really?" he replies. "Yes I'm sure it is" she smiles. Taeil smiles from across the table. Jeongyeon really enjoyed his nice cooking very much. They are enjoying their last night together for a few weeks

Jeongyeon and Taeil sit on the couch together and cuddle when they had tidied up after dinner. Jeongyeon is sad that this is her last night with Taeil for a good few weeks. "You look tired" he said to her. "I'm okay" she yawns. "Rest your head on my shoulder, baby" he said. Jeongyeon smiled and giggled for a second. She rests her head gently on Taeil's shoulder and almost fell asleep on him. "Don't go" he said. "But, Tae I have to. I'll miss you a lot though" Jeongyeon replies. "Sweetie, I was actually only joking. Of course you have to go. It's a tour" Taeil said. "It is but I'm not going to be gone forever" she said. "Only a few weeks then you'll be back but I have a busy schedule here while you'll be away" he said. "Yes you do but I'll be thinking about you everyday while I'm in America" Jeongyeon said. "You might come back with an American accent" he laughs. "Maybe" she laughs back. "It would be hot if you did" Taeil smirks. "I'll look forward to seeing you when I'm back" she said. "Oh yeah" he said. "I can tell the girls I'm not well and stay here with you" Jeongyeon said. "Nah don't be silly. They'll know you'd lying" Taeil replies. "I was joking again" she said. "I never know when you are. That's what keeps our relationship fun" he said. "You bet" she replies. Jeongyeon and Taeil fall asleep in bed together for their last night before she embarks on the US tour. In a few weeks, they will be reunited

Twice are about halfway through their tour in the US. They will be coming home in just over a week or so. Jeongyeon is missing Taeil a lot and can't wait to see him as soon as she's home. She plans on showing up at his apartment when she's back in Korea and surprising him when she's home. She is not going to tell him at all. They are in New York at the moment and they have a day off today so they plan on exploring, sightseeing and shopping around NYC. Jeongyeon will be going with the girls and she can't wait. New York has always been a city they've wanted to explore around in detail so they are going to do that today and have some fun. It is nighttime in Korea now so Taeil will be going to sleep. Jeongyeon thought she would call him before she gets ready. The girls are fully aware of their relationship and it's their little secret. "Hey, you" she said as she called him. "Hello, beautiful" Taeil yawns. "Sorry you're tired. Won't talk long but we are exploring New York today" Jeongyeon said. "No it's okay. Don't worry. That sounds like fun. I know you were excited to do that" he said. "Yes I am but I'm even more excited to see you when I get home" she said. "Me too. Me too. I'm really excited to see you too" Taeil said. "We'll I'll be home soon. Back to annoy you" Jeongyeon said. "Sweetie, you cooks never annoy me. Wait only sometimes" Taeil laughs. "I know I was only being funny and you love me" she said. "Yes I do indeed" he said. "Anyway I'll let you get to sleep now and I'll get ready for the day" Jeongyeon said. "Goodnight oh good morning" Taeil said. Jeongyeon goes and gets ready for the day and Taeil goes to sleep. Her and the girls can't wait to explore New York today

Just over a week later and Twice have just finished their US tour and they are heading home to Korea. Finally. Jeongyeon can't wait to see Taeil after all this time. As she planned she is going to his apartment to surprise him when she lands and when she is home. Twice have almost landed back in Korea now and it's all great. A bit later they landed and fans are waiting at the airport for them to arrive back home. They don't always like being bombarded by fans but they do accept gifts from fans. The girls made it through the airport and to the limos to take them home. "Once's are so cute showing here when we get home" Sana said. "They are but a little crazy at times" Chaeyoung said. They arrive back at the Twice dorm soon. "Girls, one thing I need to do. I'll be back later or maybe I won't" Jeongyeon said. "Taeil?" Dahyun asks. "Yes I need to see him" Jeongyeon said. "Cute, unnie. I know you've missed him a lot" Jihyo said. "Quite right" she replies. Jeongyeon makes her way to Taeil. Her car was back after being with her sister while she was away. She takes her case. She gets to his apartment and has the key. He wasn't in but she still goes in. She lays down on the couch and stretches out but eventually falls asleep. Taeil arrives home not long after. He sighs as he gets in the door. He walks into the lounge and gets the fright of his life seeing his girlfriend laid on his couch. "Jeongyeon, no way" he said. "Oh you're home. Must've nodded off" she said. "What a wonderful surprise? I've missed you" Taeil said. "I've missed you too. A lot. I thought it would be nice to surprise you" Jeongyeon said. "You bet" he replies. She gets up off the couch and goes over to him for a hug and a kiss. "So good to have you back in my arms, sweetie" Taeil said. "It is. It is" Jeongyeon replies. "Stay awhile. Why don't you? Even the night" Taeil said. Jeongyeon agrees. They decided to order some food in for quickness as Jeongyeon hadn't eaten for a while neither had Taeil. They order their favourite food in and sit at the kitchen table and eat it. "I've been busy since you left but nothing compares to being with you" Taeil said. Jeongyeon smiles and blushes from across the table. "Even if you're far away, we're together" he smiles

Jeongyeon and Taeil sit on the couch together and cuddle for a bit. Making up for lost time. She was feeling the effects of jet lag pretty quick. She had just come off a nearly 12 hour flight. "Sorry" she said as she fell asleep. "Don't be sorry. Jet lag can hit you like a bitch" Taeil replies. "Haha you're funny" she yawns and laughs. She rests her head on his shoulder gently and he holds her close to him. They have missed each other a lot. "I told the girls I might not be back tonight" Jeongyeon said. "I'm sure they're fine with it" Taeil replies. "Yeah I guess so. I drove here so I don't feel like driving back right now" she yawns. "I don't want you to anyway. You're staying with me" he said. "Yes" she replies. "I've missed making love to you but if you're too tired then we can in the morning" he said. "No I want to too. I've missed it" Jeongyeon smirks. So they go into Taeil's room and get in the mood. They both stare intensely into each other's eyes and start kissing and then making out. Taeil has missed Jeongyeon's body which is beautiful to him. He loves to embrace her body when they make love. They begin to remove each other's clothes soon. When they were in their underwear, Taeil picks Jeongyeon up and lays her on the bed. A/ N: cute. Jeongyeon and Taeil would make a nice couple. Jet Lag is such a great song so had to base an imagine on it. I originally had Jeongyeon with Jaehyun for this one but I changed it as I ship him more with another Twice member. Thought I'd do a Jeongyeon imagine. She is so underrated but yet so wonderful
