(The art has nothing to do with the chapter, I just love Nightmare Before Christmas and Jily)

Hermione sets down the daily profit, the paper showing yet another Muggle family getting murdered. In the back of her mind, she knew what to do next, no matter how much she wished she didn't have to. She couldn't risk her family being in danger like the several others. She just couldn't.

Just in time, she hears her mother call her name. To which she yells back in response, "Coming mum!" Taking a shaky breath, she descended downstairs and obliviated her from her parents' memories. She quickly left her home and to the burrow with fresh tears welling up in her eyes.

The Dursley's were quick to pack their things away and decide to leave their home once they found out that the Wizarding world was in great danger.

To Harry's surprise, Dudley was one of the most civil out of all three of the family members. He even told Harry that he didn't think that he was a waste of space and left with a handshake defining his call for peace between the two.

Ron stood outside his home, the time travelers sitting in the grass beside him. The trio had agreed that they would be the safest with all the Weasley's.

Although, there is one thing that the time travelers did that could've risked the Dursley's lives. But Lily was willing to do that. She knew the risks she was taking when she decided to visit her sister one last time.

Flashback to right after school ended.

As soon as Harry had told Lily that he was going to tell the Dursley's to leave for their own safety. She knew that they would leave immediately without a second thought. And so she made the irrational and potentially endangering choice of going with Harry when he decides to tell the Dursley's this news.

James is insisted on going with Lily. Which meant that the rest of the marauders were going as well. Mrs. Weasley was worried for them, although she knew that she couldn't convince the stubborn teenagers. So she told them to return to the Burrow immediately after their visit.

Soon enough, all six were standing outside the Dursley's residence. Harry rung the doorbell, still not used to just walking into the place that he had to unfortunately call his home for so long. One minute later, Petunia Dursley opened the door.

She looks at Harry blankly and then rivets her eyes to see who was next to him. The first thing that caught her eye was a pair of green eyes identical to Harry's. She freezes.

Petunia looks at the girl who was a carbon copy of Lily when she was young. Glancing around, the other 4 boys standing beside the girl were also familiar. Especially the one who looked just like Harry, except the eyes. Petunia turns to Harry looking fumbled, she asks him.

"Who- is this some sort of your magic tricks?"

When Harry shakes his head, Petunia sighs. Looking around, and inside her house, she opens the door wider for everyone to come in.

"Vernon isn't home yet and Dudley's out with his friends, so you have some time to explain what's going on." Sitting down on her chair, she looks at Harry impatient for an explanation.

"You married Vernon?" Lily said with a face of disgust. To which Petunia timidly nodded. "Guess it really is Lily." The woman muttered under her breath.

"You're probably wondering how all this is pos-"

"Is it one of those time twirlers?" Petunia blurts out, not caring that she'd interrupted Harry.
