some small changes happened since the last time we visited these little lovers so let's go over it now.

first off, percival ignatius weasley had a crush.

he didn't know when it started exactly but throughout winter, he had found himself more or less interested in his potions partner. she had a unique but fascinating approach to potions and was making his grade rise. among their many study dates, he began to daze off more, thinking about what she was like outside of her studies. he had seen her with her friends, always cheerful and smiling. he had seen her from afar, a smile always present on her face or a focused look that made her brows pitch together. he had almost caught her sneaking out, his pace quickening as the sight of her pale yellow sweater turned the corner. he had come a second too late though as she slipped into her common room with ease. he never knew where she came from, even on his other patrols he wouldn't see her unless she slipped past him and into those doors.

often he had thought of various possibilities, replaying them in his head during meals or before bed. what if she was 'T', if her feelings were shared could he ever reciprocate in the way she wanted? what if he confessed his interest, would it bloom into a relationship or would she be offset by the fact that a person like him could like someone as divine as her. he didn't want to dwell on that last thought, it made him upset and when he was upset he usually put his all into his work but he couldn't help but think of what she would write, always putting her spin onto things.

secondly, 'T' had seemingly disappeared. maybe they were caught up in their studies but he was...missing their letters? he'd get one or two every week, often detailing their interests. they listened to him talk about his studies and quidditch and he would listen to them talk about books and poetry they recently read. he missed their chats. he often got bored, rereading letters and imagining what the person writing to him would look like. they'd be clad in the sweater he had given them, curls, a gorgeous smile, and full lips. he often stopped at that before he got carried away. he didn't know how he could feel these things for someone he hadn't seen in comparison to someone who recently he sees all the time. he hadn't felt like this, not even when he fancied penelope. it was like he was bewitched, under some spell or slow-acting effects of an amortentia potion. this was precisely what he had warned himself of months ago, yet here he was. falling for someone over paper and pen.

meanwhile, tiara had her own problems. most of them revolving around her pining after a familiar ginger. ever since she got a taste of physical interaction with him, she was stumped. when it came to paper and pen, words that would flow out mercilessly were met with mental blanks. she had a blockage that she just couldn't explain. of course, she had many things to say to him, sometimes she wished to say them in person as well but she knew her limits and boundaries. everything's easier when you're not face to face, he always responded but if he read them with distaste, she wouldn't want to know.

but she did like talking to him in person. everything was better when she was around him, she didn't have this block, and she could just talk and be. he was everything she hoped he would be, even outside of romantic feelings. he was very intelligent, to say the least. he often helped her with essays as well as catching grammar mistakes she never would have. he challenged her on many things and their small debates were beginning to become her favorite pastime. but she couldn't help the thought in the back of her head, hoping and praying he would just forget about 'T' so she wouldn't have to tell him and could have a sweet thing to herself.

"tiara! merlin, what could have you in your head so deeply? you've missed the very interesting conversation little pan is providing." in all honesty, she hadn't even noticed the small girl who'd sat on the grass next to them. pandora was cassiopiea's cousin, a first year. a frail black-haired pure-blooded girl who she hoped wouldn't amount to a purist by the time the house of slytherin would let her go into the world.

"as I was saying, there's this girl in my class, hermione, and shes' like seriously smart. like raises her hand at every question and does her assignments perfectly smart. and I know what you're going to say, I'm smart too but its just stunning. shes' super pretty too, i think im going to try and be her friend" the more she talked about hermione, her voice got a little higher and she even had a faint rosy glow painting her cheeks. she blinked quickly as she looked at the three girls who'd been saying nothing to her release of information. "why are you guys looking at me like that!" her soft voice exclaimed, her yell coming out more like a cry.

"friends...right" priya spoke with a knowing smile, gently patting the young girl's head with a catty look on her face. cassiopiea just shook her head in approval, laying in her friends' lap, tiara's hand flying quickly to work her fingers through the girl's silky straight hair.

"don't worry pan, we've all had our fair share of 'friends' like that." tiara stated with a light tone, even though the girls around her could tell there was a sarcastic emphasis on the word friends which cause the young pyŏn to huff and get up, walking away the from the girls speedily and crossing paths with the gryffindor girl in question, looking after her then walking away at a faster pace than before. the three older girls laughed after her as they relaxed in the sunlight, a gentle breeze bringing along spring.
