Chapter 16

"Don't worry, we're on our way. What is your location?"

"S•S Motors.."

My lips were trembling, and I couldn't help. I didn't know what to do.

I looked over to see that my coward of a father was gone. I looked over to see Kei and Kazu tembling.

Suddenly, I heard the sirens of the police cars. They came in, took Shinichiro, Kei, and Kazu.

                                                  (Manjiro's P.O.V.)

"Baji? Kazutora? What's going on?"

"Mikey.. I-I'm so sorry.."

Baji's lips were shaking. I couldn't figure out what he meant by that, but the sight in front of me made my knees go weak.

I saw Shinichiro getting put into the ambulance, and it driving away.

What made my heart break more was when I saw Moon crying her heart out, while the police took her.

I assume they were going to interrogate her. I went over the police tape, and to her hugging her.

She hugged me back, and started crying again.

(Not even lying, I can cry for a long time. One time, I cried for 3 straight hours because my dog had died. My parents and sister had to go into the room to calm me down.)

Tears threatened to fall from my eyes as I tried to keep it in. I watched as Kazutora muttered

'But it's not our fault' 

over and over again. It kinda creeped me out, but I didn't pay much attention to it.

The police plied me off of her, and took her to the station. I just hope she will be okay..

                                                      (Your P.O.V)

The police put me in their car, and we drove to the station. They took me to a room, and sat me down.

"So kid, which one of them did it?" "Neither of them." I said with a serious face. 

"Was it a group effort??" "I said, NO." I almost yelled at them. "Tell the truth child."

"You want the truth?? Fine.. It was my fucking lame excuse of a damm father.."

"He hit him with something and told him to shut up. Neither of us did it, it was him!"

"Name?" "Huh?" I didn't know what they meant by name.

"What's your fathers name?" I didn't know that, so instead I said "I don't know his name, but you could look for him with my last name."

"Mk, what's your last name then??" "It's Kibutsuji" "Mk.. Masato, search up Kibutsuji."

He nodded as a response and the dude said "Can you describe him for me?"

I noddes and did as they told me to. "He has black, wavy hair, a white hat and suit, and he has pink eyes with red cat pupils."

"Very unusual for a human.." I nodded quickly, trying not to make it suspicious, and have them find out he's not human.

(For anyone (If anyone) who is wondering, I changed my pupils, and now they are just like Kazu's.)

"Alright, Masato, take her to your house for now, she probably needs to be with kids her age."

The man named Masato nodded and told me to follow him. I'm not sure if he knows, but I can literally kick him across this room, and its huge.

We got outside, and I got in his car. He was sketchy at first, but then he put on my favorite song.

PLAYING: ken&barbie

I started singing to it. "What if it's not Ken, but Barbie~" "You got a nice voice kid, you could be a big time singer when your older."

I felt my cheeks heat up a bit. "Thanks, I guess.." I muttered the last part, but he still heard me.

"No problem.." It was quiet for a second, but not akward. "Your a girl, correct?"

I widened my eyes and looked at him. I couldn't lie to a cop. "Yeah.."

"Mk, just wanted to make sure. We're here." We pulled into an apartment complex, and he parked.

I followed him up the stairs, and he knocked on a door that had the number '56' on it.

(Made up a random number lol)

He knocked on the door and looked through the peep hole. Just then someone opened the door happily.

I widened my eyes in disbelief when I saw who opened the door. "Mo-Kun!?/Hina-Chan!?"
