I was walking back to the house, and I saw Manjiro on the side of the road leaning on a fire hydrant.
"Manjiro??" I said. He looked at me and almost cried. He came up to me and hugged me.
"Baby..." I hugged him back while keeping in my tears. "Let's go home, Mochi.." He said all mopey.
We walked home, and luckily, my bag was on my shoulder. As soon as we turned to the right to go to the house, someone bumped into me.
"What the h-" "I'm so sorry, Mo-kun!" Said the boy. I looked up and saw the boy from earlier.
"Oh, it's you again. You never told me your name." "Sorry, I'm Takashi Mitsuya!"
"Hi, I'm Manjiro Sano!!" Manjiro said. "Hi!" They smiled at each other, and I could feel myself getting jealous.
"I guess we gotta hang out later, Takashi. See ya!" I said while walking away.
We started walking home and Manjiro held my hand. I could tell he wasn't feeling well.
"Baby, you can tell me if you don't feel well, you know? What's wrong??" I asked him.
He looked at me and said something that made tears threaten to spill.
"Mochi, Shinichiro.. is dead" I stopped dead in my tracks and looked at him. "T-Tell me you're lying.."
He looked down and I could tell by the look in his eyes that he wasn't lying.
I looked at him, and said, "I-I'm sorry.." I looked away, held his hand, and started walking.
As soon as we got to the house, we went to his room, and I hugged him.
"I hope you feel better soon..." I felt something wet fall onto my shoulder.
I looked at him to see him crying onto my shoulder. I smiled and kissed his forehead.
"Do you wanna cuddle??" I asked him. He nodded and we went to his bed.
I layed down with him and smiled. "I love you, baby." "I love you too, Mochi.."
