Seonghwa woke with the worst headache of his entire life.
Hongjoong was laid on the floor by the bed. The realization of Hongjoong in his bedroom brought back memories of last night. Not all, it all felt blurry, like TV static.
Hongjoong had said he wasn't attracted to him. He remembered that.
He remembered placing kisses, and nipping at Hongjoong's neck. He remembered how Hongjoong allowed it, even sighed in response. He tilted his head to give Seonghwa more room.
None of it made sense. Why would he let Seonghwa kiss his body? Why did he act as if he enjoyed it? Why would he still say he wasn't attracted to Seonghwa?
Was it for his body? Did Hongjoong just want sex? That didn't feel like that either. He had the perfect chance last night. Seonghwa wanted it. He was drunk. He was easy. But Hongjoong didn't use him.
Why was he being led on?
He asked Hongjoong that last night. Didn't he?
Hongjoong said they would have a conversation.'if he remembered it'
Well. He definitely did. Definitely remembered it."Hongjoong."
Seonghwa whispered. Completely ignoring his headache at this point, just wanting to have the conversation as quickly as possible. Ready to fully understand what in the holy hell is up with Hongjoong.
"Hongjoong!"
Seonghwa whisper yelled again.Hongjoong sharply inhaled.
"What?!"
He asked slightly frantically."Conversation. Now."
Seonghwa asked."Wh-? why?"
Hongjoong asked."Last night. I want an explanation. Right now, preferably."
Seonghwa said.Hongjoong silently stared at him, lightly frowning.
"You remember? How in the hell? You were wasted? How do you remember anything."
Hongjoong asked utterly bewildered."Two reasons. I have a good memory. I have a very high alcohol tolerance."
Seonghwa said."I'm- I'm not having this conversation right now."
Hongjoong said, directing his attention away from Seonghwa."No. Now. I want you to talk now. Why do you lead me on? You know I'm gay. You also know very well I'm attracted to you."
Seonghwa stated."I didn't know that."
Hongjoong said annoyed."Yes. You. Fucking. Did. A month ago, you can't tell me you didn't pay any attention body language."
"I didn't. Why would I?"
Hongjoong spat."Why are you mad at me?! I didn't do anything? I just wanted an answer."
"For what? What do you want an answer for?"
"Why are you leading me on?! Do you fucking like me or not."
Seonghwa was now getting increasingly annoyed."Then no, I don't."
Hongjoong stood. Quickly leaving the room.Seonghwa heard the front door open and slam closed. Leaving Seonghwa alone. To think about the interaction.
In all honesty. He was incredibly upset. Nothing preparing him for that to be Hongjoong's answer.
It hurt.
Seonghwa called the only one he really knew would listen without judgement. None other then Jung Wooyoung, who was upon call, practically already in his car. No questions asked.
Not any more than 10 minutes later he was beating on Seonghwa's door. The second the door opened he was in the home, and already assuming what was happening.
"Did Hongjoong do something to you?"
He suddenly asked."No- well, kinda."
Seonghwa stated."What? What happened?"
Wooyoung was almost frantic. Trying to keep his own emotions under control.Wooyoung has always been protective. Sometimes to a fault. He was cute and small, but he was threatening, and scary. Behind his sweet face was someone who could destroy your life in seconds. Someone you should be careful with.
You definitely never wanted to be on the boy's bad side.
Seonghwa explained what happened last night, to the best of his blurry memory. Surely missing certain parts, or forgetting them as he was talking.
Wooyoung listened quietly. His face was soft and patient. After Seonghwa finished his story. Wooyoung nodded to him.
"Okay. And this morning? Is he still here?"
Wooyoung asked."No. He left. I guess we had an argument? I didn't think it would cause it though. I thought it would be simple. Easy. But he flidded out? I wasn't even rude."
Seonghwa stated."Okay... So, my answer here is, he's a dick, doesn't deserve you,and you shouldn't care."
Wooyoung shrugged.Wow. Wonderful advice from his lovely best friend. He definitely should've excepted that.
"That doesn't help."
Seonghwa said."Why are you so upset about this, Hwa?"
Wooyoung asked."Because he led me on. And I really started to believe he liked me. And I fucked myself because I believed myself."
"I don't think you should be this hurt, dude. If he doesn't like you. Whatever. He's not your person. Fuck him."
Wooyoung was extremely blunt. Nothing he was saying was helpful. In any way, actually."You suck, Wooyoung. So unhelpful, dude."
Seonghwa said."I love you. And I feel bad. And I can tell you're heartbroken. Your entire state of being feels awful. But also, remember what happened last time you fell fast? Wasn't too good, Hwa."
Wooyoung said, bringing Seonghwa into a hug."Oh. I remember. Still not helping."
"Well. We'll see what Hongjoong says eventually. He's gotta come back and get his shit if he moves out anyway."

Hongjoong had made his way to Yunho's apartment, slightly hoping his roommate wasn't there.
He felt absolutely horrible for what he had said to Seonghwa. He was scared. So he ran. And has now possibly ruined a good friendship. And something that could've been more.
He knocked on Yunho's door. Immediately being greeted by his smiling friend. But his face quickly dropped upon seeing Hongjoong's expression.
"What's wrong?"
Yunho asked."I think I fucked up."
A/N
You definitely did bro. Definitely fucked up. But y'know. We'll see how poorly it goes for you, buddy.
