i've been started to working now at scoops ahoy with my mate, robin buckley. shes an asshole. “hi welcome to scoops ahoy. im steve ha-” the girl cut me off.

“yeah, yeah. we know you, steve.” its max and eleven. “yeah, hi. what you girls want?” they think a bit for the ice cream flavor. i just want to go home. “chocolate and vanilla, please.”

i started to scoop and put it on the cone. “$2.75.” i look and examine closely. “are you suppose to be here?” they licked and walks away. i sigh. “yeah girls.”

i went back to the store and let robin scoops it. all i think is a bed, warm bed, fluffy pillow and some of vhs tape. “i wish i had a girlfriend with.” then i heard a laugh.

i look to my right, robin was standing there like an asshole traffic light. “shit, what do you want?” she laughs uncontrolable. “did steve harrington want a girlfriend?” she keep laughing.

“motherfucker.”

she come and sits in front of me. “why don't you try to go out with some of your classmate?” i roll my eyes. “as dustin said, not my type.” she rolls eyes. “well then, just wait for your dream shit girl.” i nodded.

“yeah, thats all i do.” then, the bells ring. “go ahead. its your turn.” i wear the fucking shit hat and went out. “hi, welcome to scoops ahoy-” oh my fucking damn.

“my name is steve harrington-” i cant stop starring at her. “um, yea hi, harrington. um, can i have a medium cup and um. what do you want?” she asked a child.

“oh, one medium cup of cotton candy flavor.” she smiles. “y- yea, yea. of course.” i flipped the scooper and started scooping the ice cream.

“wow y/n!! look! he flipped the scooper!!” the kid was fascinating by what i did. i smiles and hand it carefully at the kid. “here's your ice cream. and some tissue.” i wink.

“so how much?” she started to take out her purse. “no, i'll pay for it.” i smiles. “oh my god, really, harrington?” i nodded. “yep, since you bought a kid with you, i'll pay for it.” i wink and her face turns red.

“we- well, thank you so much steve.” she smiles widely. “lily, say thank you to steve.” the kid looked at me. “thank you steve!! you're the best!!” i smiles. “no problem. come again!!” i waved at them.

“well, well, well. look who's in love.” she mocks me. “shut up robin. but yea. there she is.” she laughs. “you should ask her out tho.” i look at her. “what the fuck robin- we've just met and seriously. she brought a kid with her.”

she crossed her arms. “so?” i look away. “s- so, i- i cant just  confessed to her and say ‘oh y/n, i love you since we met and you are so beautiful in my eyes.’ fuck that. im not doing it.”

she smirks. “what?” and there that wicked smiles. “see, you caught her name!!” “THE KID CALLED HER Y/N- SO PROBABLY THATS HER NAME!” i put my hands over my hip.

“gosh robin.” the time keep ticking and there's time to go back home to rest my fucking mind. “goodnight robin.” i waves and walks out.

“ah, home sweet home. miss me.” i chuckles. i walks to the sofa and exhaled. “i feel so tired today. luckily there's no schedule tommorow.” i smiled and i wanna watch back to the future II

i set up the tv and grab the tape. “this is heaven.” i keep watching some movoes until i fall asleep with the uniform.

i put the kids in their bedroom and i sit at the sofa. rethinking. “that guy was kinda cute.” i chuckles then smiles. “i should pay a visit him next time.” the sky was dark now. and their parents just back from work.
