TW// Guns, Blood

The gang are riding through the streets rapidly on the sidewalk with the leader dashing in the front. It was still early morning, and the streets were somewhat empty. The gang roll down the sidewalks through the city as the breathtaking views are wide open for all to see. It was a bit of a long way but they didn't really have much to waste.

"Hey uh random question, but when does the arcade open again..?" Aiden asked confused.

"Around 9:30 am." Shelsy responded immediately.|

" Well its 7 am so I think we might be too early-.."

Shelsy stopped dead in her tracks from her moment of realization.

"oh crap it is 7-"

"So now im guessing we're lost too now?" Honey snickered.

"Honey don't start with me now. We are not lost. I'm sure we can find something to do while we have plenty of time."

"Like what?"

"Like- like uh.... I got nothing."

From their spot, one of the members heard a loud noise. The sound of an alarm. Sounded like a robbery. From there a gang of 4 people were seen with masks covering their faces and running with pistols in their hands heading to some sort of escape vehicle.

"HEY GET BACK HERE!" a cop yelled from afar. One thief responded by shooting the officer through his shoulder. The injury looked serious and he was on his knees pushing back the pain for dear life. The gang flinched in worry as they saw the criminals high tail it out of the scene heading to the van.

"Welp, that just happened."

"Bro we cant just let this happen THEY GOT AWAY!!"

"But Shels it's not our job to deal with criminals. That's the cop's job." Aleto said, worried.

Plus I really dont want to get hurt if they have that kind of weaponry. None of us do."

All of a sudden one of the thiefs had ran pass Shelsy and swiped her phone and rushed off to the getaway van. It happened so fast none had the proper time to react. All except for Shelsy.

"OH HELLL NAH THIS GUY DID NOT JUST STEAL MY PHONE."

All she thought about was getting her phone back and throwing those scums in jail so without another word, she booked it on her skates and followed the van.

"........Should we be concerned..?" Md questioned.

"NO DUH MD SHE JUST STARTED CHARING THOSE GUYS SHES GONNA DIE! COME ON." Honey snapped and chased after her. Soon the rest did the same.

The van was making top speed down the busy streets and nearly running over multiple people in the process. And behind was Shelsy, visibly pissed off and skating as fast as she humanly could with the gang behind.

"Bout time you guys caught up! I'm gonna need some help getting into that van!"

Up ahead was a steep hill road leading down below, and she soon got an idea."

"Nick! Can you grab on to the van if I throw you?"

"I could try-"

"Good! HOLD ON!"

Shelsy and Nick got close and Nick hopped from his scooter and onto her back. The van started swerving around the area until the steep hill was near. Once they started descending, she threw Nick as hard as she could to the van and he grabbed onto the back. He pulled and pulled all he could, and got the door to open, with money bags flying from the back and into the gang's faces as they finally got on normal road.

"Alright Nick! Now jump!"

Nick steadied his leap but was soon caught by one of the thieves and held at gunpoint. Shelsy's face went pale as she saw one of her best friends in danger.

"Not one move. Or, your little friend gets it. You may have taken our money, but at least we got one of your little friends. We are NOT. About to be stopped by a bunch of stupid kids."

She didn't know what to do. She had to save her friend. But how? Without any second thought, she lunged into the van and tackled the guy. The gun shot through the van roof as the 2 wrestled for the pistol. While the 2 tussled, Nick quickly grabbed the pistol and jumped out the van. Shelsy got punched right in her nose, and was dizzy from the impact. The robber then held her by her hoodie and held her right over the street. Close to death she couldn't think straight. All she could think of was her brain freaking out.

"This is why kids like you shouldn't be messing around with us. Big mistake."

She felt weak and dizzy but it took all her energy to grab his shirt and pull back. She rushed to the front with the robber right behind him and she took the steering wheel from the driver's hands as she tried to control the vehicle. It kept swerving around and looked like it was about to crash.  Immediately jumping from the back and rolling on the floor, the van swerved and crashed into a nearby park where it went face first into a tree.

She couldn't get up, her energy-less body on the floor, watch the police show up and corner the thieves. She felt her eyes close slowly as she wanted to pass out.

"...... hey....hey kid..... Hey kid you ok?" One of the cops had grabbed her by the shoulders and lifter her up.

"...i think so.." She wearily responded.

From afar the group and Nick seemed to be rushing back to her in complete worry.

"SHELSY! YOU'RE OK!"

They all hugged her tightly as she slowly started regaining her movement.

"I believe this belongs to you kid." The cop had handed her her phone back.

"Thanks Officer."

"Y'know, I haven't seen a kid with that much passion to catch a criminal before. Although next time try not to go too far."

"Don't worry, I won't."

The cops had arrested them and taken them to the station, but one of them shot the girl a look. Staring dead into her eyes as if it wasn't over, before being pushed in and taken off.

Everyone was still scared after what just happened. So much happened in such short time. And it was only 7:45. All Shelsy could say was....

"....sooooo. Does anyone wanna get something to eat? That whole chase made me starving."

The gang tiredly agreed as they headed over to a nearby diner.

"Lets just hope this kind of stuff doesn't happen again." Honey said.

"Yeah. Me too."
