Prologue:
Leah wasn't normal, and she knew it. She was reminded everyday by everyone she came in contact with.
"You're so stupid."
Or
"Ew, why would anyone like YOU?"
Or
"You'll never amount to anything!"
The only place she was ever accepted was, of course, the Internet. People loved her there, the only form of love she's ever received.
Leah has just turned 15 and has already received 2 million subscribes on YouTube and 4 million on Soundcloud, where she started. She has a knack for singing and writing but can't even look in the mirror.
Leah's mother committed suicide shortly after Leah turned 5, because Leah's father was abusive. Since losing her mother, her father has started hitting her. Leah has scars from not only years of abuse, but the strike of depression at age 9.
For the past two years, Leah has been sending links to the one-and-only Simon Cowell in hopes of some recognition, with no luck.
What will happen when a certain group of idiots finds her? What will happen when she finds herself falling for one of those idiots? And how will she overcome a painful and irreversible event that shatters her blooming world?
