This is set during the three lotr movies, and a little before (for your backstory). I do use she/her pronouns, you are a little on the shorter side (about 5'3), and the hair is shorter so you look more "masculine" about Aragon's length, but everything else will be up to you.

more info about you before we get into the story-you know english and elvish, and you are half elvish and half human. You live with humans, but both your parents are dead. your brother was full human, your mom hooked up with an elf, so you have different dads, and this also led to some discrimination from the townspeople. you are skilled with a bow and swords but daggers are where your real skill lies

edit: one thing i forgot to mention is first you will not be referred to as y/n but as Calder which was your brothers name.
