I took a cab and went back to the hotel. I sighed in exasperation and kicked the heels off my feet. I fell on the soft welcoming bed while I thought about my encounter with Mrs Aurora. She reminds me of the female version of Luciano.
The buzzing sound of my phone interrupted my thoughts and i turned around to grab it from my bag.
Ava's name flashed on the screen and I quickly accepted the call. Instead of being greeted by my very normal best friend I was greeted by the ear tearing voice of my sister that had me cringing.
"The fuck Kira, do you want to tear my ear drums" i scolded with a frown perched to my brows.
"You know you don't have to be bitchy sis" she sassed and I could imagine her rolling her eyes. Till today and may be for the rest of my life I'll keep wondering how we ended up being sisters.
"Well I just missed you big sis" I chuckled and shook my head.
"It isn't even up to a week" i pointed out. "Yh I know but your best friend is being an ass" she muttered in an annoyed tone.
"I heard that" Ava's voice rang loudly.
"Good for you" she muttered back and I giggled at their bickering. "Well tell my best friend I miss her and I'll call her when I am free" she yelled and I smiled.
Kira mimicked her. "Kira" I scolded and I could imagine the frown that formed on her face. "I'm sure you heard her" she sassily snapped.
I wonder how they survived each other the past few months and this time it seem like they might probably kill each other before I get back.

I sat at the balcony watching the sun set when I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I really didn't want to answer the call but it kept ringing.
I took it out annoyed but the name that flashed on the screen had my heart beating fast and with shaky fingers i accepted the call.
"Tesoro" the voice I've missed for a month came out sounding raspy and tired.
"Russo?" I whispered with tears hanging in my eyes when I realized I cut him off because of my fight with his friend.
"How are you tesoro? I'm sorry for not calling you long before now, I figured out that you would need your space and I'm sorry for hiding the truth from you"
I sniffled and let the tears roll down my eyes. I'm not angry at him for not telling me because I understand he had to.
"Russo I'm not angry at you, I understand that you had to keep it a secret from me" I told him truthfully.
"So does that mean I can come see you because I really miss having you around" I smiled between tears.
