Yuzu's pov

Fuck I'm late! That bitch didn't wake me up and now I have 10 minutes to get ready and get there.

I was in a hurry as I grabbed anything I could see and thought will match to dress up. I didn't have time to do my hair so I put it in a messy bun, I grabbed my helmet, and went out the door. I will kill that Harumin, how dare she not wake me up?!

I had dress pants on with a black turtle neck. I know it's basic and might give me a fine for riding with it on my bike, but it's better than nothing.

I started the bike and put on my helmet before riding toward my destination... and that made me remember that I forgot my glasses, so now I have to stay with my contact lenses.

After a couple of minutes of riding fast, no police stopped me and I was now only 10 minutes late. I took off my helmet and fixed my hair by a window nearby. I grabbed my helmet and went inside the building running, I didn't want to be even more late than I already am. What a good first impression...

Once I got to the meeting room, I was breathing heavily. I opened the door.

"I'm so so so sorry for being late" I breathed. I felt Harumin smirk at me and look at someone, What does she want now? I followed her gaze and my breath hitched. T-the girl from yesterday... What is she doing her? I could feel all eyes on me making my cheeks burn even more than they were. I smiled at the girl before excusing myself again.

"Yuzu, it's good you could make it. You're quite late but take a seat" said a woman who sat at the end of the long table. I side glanced at the girl only to see her look away making me smile. She was glancing at me too.

I sat down next to Harumin and put my helmet on the ground, "Alright let's continue this meeting" and with that, the meeting went on.

"Yuzuuu, Hey look at me" Harumin snapped making me look at her with a raised brow.

"Yea?"

"You were staring, again"

"Oh..." I didn't realize I was staring at her. The meeting has ended and most people were gone. The pretty girl was showing me, Harumin, and our boss her sketches for ideas. She sat next to my boss while the boss was satisfied with her work. She is talented, her taste is too good.

"Alright, well you are talented Mei. I hope our collaboration would make a good project" My boss smiled her way before standing up. "I will let your boss know about everything for the project. Yuzu and Harumin will be working mostly together with you. They'll choose the interior."

The pretty girl who I learned is called Mei, nodded while exchanging her hand. "I'm looking forward to working on this project with your company" Our boss nodded while shaking her hand. She went to Harumin and then me, "I can't wait to work together with you two" Oh that smile was so beautiful. I could feel my heartbeat increase the closer our hands got.

"I'm looking forward to it too" and with that, I finally shook her oh-so-soft hand. I gave her a sweet smile before we gathered our things, not that I had any at the moment and we got out of the building.

Since Harumin came here with her car and I with my motor, We got back our separate way.

Harumin was walking with a grin on as she eyed me, "What is it this time Harumin?"

She smirked, "Guess what" I hummed, "I got you her number" She wiggled her brows. "And, there is a surprise!" Surprise? What is she talking about- "there it is!"
