The Architect (HAITUS)

Mei's pov

Tonight I had so much fun, she's nice and fun to be around. I sighed happily while turning off the lights and headed toward my bedroom. We were able to unbox everything. Without her help, I would still be unboxing. I'm so glad she came to help.

I took off my shirt and stared at my half-naked upper body in the mirror. I have a good figure though, I work out and stuff but... you know never mind. 

I changed my pants into sleeping shorts, I like sleeping with my bra on. I know, it's weird that I didn't take a shower after all the unboxing right? But guys, I'm too tired right now. I'll take a shower tomorrow.

I turned my room's light off and drift into a deep sleep.

Ugh, it's 7 in the morning and today I have work at 8. I jumped out of the bed, and fastly grabbed the outfit I had prepared yesterday, and put it on my bed together with the undergarment. I took a fast shower since I don't want to be late.

Ten minutes later I was done, I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around my body before grabbing a smaller one to dry my hair a bit with it. Doing so, I heard my doorbell ring making me groan. I didn't have time to wrap the towel around my hair and there was no way that I'm going to make the floor wet. 

The bell rang again, who the fuck is up this early? I got out of the bathroom and on my way to the door, I dried my hair with the towel. It's better than nothing.

Then there was a knock, "Coming!" And with that, I opened the door only to see a shocked Harumin whose shocking mouth turned into a small smile with a smirk. 

"Morning Mei, sorry for being here so early but I was thinking if you would like to go with us? The companies are near each other anyways." She glanced behind her and walked a bit to the side. I saw Yuzu locking the door behind her. When she turned around and her eyes met mine, I could see how her pupils were delicate. Her eyes slowly went down my body which was wrapped with a towel with nothing underneath. I could feel her breath hitch, and so did mine under her gaze. Even my cheeks reddened a bit. 

"Morning Yuzu" I smiled making her finally meet my face again. She smiled awkwardly and greeted back. 

"Okay so, you coming with us or..."

"Oh I'm coming, sorry I have to get ready first," I told Harumin while scratching the back of my head. 

"Oh it's alright honey" 

"Come on in, I'll make sure not to take long" I opened the door wider for them to come in, Yuzu did have a confused look while looking at Harumin questionably.

Yuzu pov

We walked into Mei's house and sat on one of her couches. 

Harumin was texting someone, "What have you done?" I whisper shout at Harumin. She just kept that stupid smirk on. 

"Baby, thank me later" She winked and continued texting whoever she was texting.

What does she mean by that? I rolled my eyes at her and crossed my legs as they kept moving up and down. A couple of minutes later, Mei came out of her bedroom. Oh I still can't get over her beauty. 

She was looking for something as she kept looking around and under things. 

I automatically stood up and went to her, "Looking for something?" She stopped what she was doing and looked up at me since she was ducking a bit. 

She smiled while her hand went through her hair from frustration.

"My house keys, I can't seem to find them" She sighed. 

Oh, that's fucked up.

"Where did you put them the last time? You remember?" She stood straight up and thought about it. 

"I don't know, ugh this is fucked up" She threw her head back against the wall and closed her eyes for a second before opening them once again. "Yesterday, when we were done and you headed to your apartment I locked the door behind you, so..." She headed towards the corridors and there they were, her keys waiting for her inside the door lock. "Oh thank goodness" 

She took them out and disappeared into her room for a second before coming out with her heels in her hand and her bag on her shoulder. 

As she put them on, Harumin stood up and went to me. "Girl, don't you dare and sit on the front seat, she sits there or you two sit in the back. And don't forget to open her door for her" She patted my back and smiled before turning to Mei. "Ready?" Mei nodded and we went outside her apartment. She locked the door and we headed towards the parking garage.

When the car was in front of us, Harumin gave me a sign with her hands for me to open the door for me. 

Oh God, what will Mei think about it huh? Maybe she won't be comfortable...

I took a deep breath and finally had the courage. I opened the front door for her, "Ladies first" I tried to say jokingly so I won't embarrass myself.

She giggled and went and sat on the front seat, "Thank you, but there was no need to" She smiled. 

"I wanted to" I smiled back and sat on the back row. 

Not long after Harumin came inside the car and before she started the car, she looked at me through her mirror and smiled my way, as if saying what I did before was good and she wanted to say 'good job'.

The whole ride was so boring, Mei and Harumin talked all the way till we came in front of Mei's company. And I was in the back only listening to them while staring out the windows. 

"Thank you for the ride" Mei smiled towards Harumin and got out of the car before walking around the car and ducked till she was at the same eye level as me by my window. 

She mentioned for me to lower the window and so did I. "Even though we didn't talk this whole ride, I still liked being in the same place as u" She was biting her lip softly as she stared into my eyes. 

"Oh, and Mei, before you leave send me or Yuzu when you're done so we could pick you up" Harumin said making Mei and me look her way.

"I will" She smiled at us and as she walked backward, her gaze lingered a little longer on me before she turned around and disappeared behind those building doors.

"Girl, she's the one believe me" Harumin, of course, had to say making me roll my eyes. But the smile knew to win and so I just smiled as I rolled my eyes. "Yass girl! Open that heart of yours again!" She pulled out of the parking lot and a couple of minutes later we were in front of our company, "Shit, I forgot to charge my phone, can you please give me yours for a sec? I need to search for something before our work begins" She had a stupid smirk on.

I don't trust her with my phone since... she's Harumin you know. But I gave her mine, she can't do anything anyways, right?
