"Sooo, who was that car that dropped you off?" Himeko smirked as we walked to the working space.

I rolled my eyes at her and let out a slight chuckle, "My neighbors, why?"

"Mhm, so someone you stare at like that is just a simple neighbor? I mean as for the one driving, I can believe you on that but that person sitting in the back... girl, who are they anyways" She raised a brow and sat down.

"None of your business" I shrugged and sat next to her.

She hummed as she started her iMac. "I need to make you a visit then so I can see who this suspicious neighbor of yours is then" she sipped on her coffee and then looked at me, " so, I was thinking-"

She got cut off by my phone's notifications. I looked at it to see a random person I don't have their name saved or simply, just a random number sending me a text on Whats App. Who could it be?

"Who could it be?" Himeko said my thoughts out loud.

"Girl, only if I knew" I opened my phone to see what that number wants from me and how they got my number. So before I was able to click on that number, Himeko grabbed the phone away from my hands and sat sideways so I wouldn't be able to see the text. "Oh my God, Himeko give it back!" She sat further away as a smile crept on her face making me confused.

'Hi Mei, 

It's me Yuzu, this is my number. Sorry, I forgot to give it to you the other night 😅. I won't lie, I loved every minute of it.

So I was thinking that maybe we could go somewhere later today after work? If you're busy, I understand. But Harumin isn't going home today after work with us, so she'll leave her car with me.

When you're almost done with work let me know, I'm going to pick you up.

Himeko read out loud.

I would be lying if I said that my heartbeat didn't fasten a lot more by hearing all of that. I might also have a slight blush.

I was about to grab my phone back, but Himeko only backed more away from me making me frown. She crossed one leg over the other and grinned at me while texting. What is she even texting to her? I bet she's going to send some dumb shit. 

"Himeko give me my phone back" I whined trying to snatch it away from her grasp, she only chuckled and stood up while turning around, so her back was facing me not letting me get my phone back.

"Just wait for a second girl, you are this eager to talk with her yourself huh?" She teased while I tried to get it away from her from behind. As if, I'm not eager.

All I want is to get my phone back.

I huffed giving up, and eventually, just sat back down. I crossed my arms watching her text her before finally turning around with a wide smile. She gave me my phone back after all that hell of teasing, "I got you a date for tonight, thank me later" she winked. 

I furrowed my brows together while grabbing my phone back from her, my leg won't stop bouncing as I read what she just send to her. Thank God the text wasn't anything that embarrassing, she just told her that I would love to actually go out with her tonight and that I'm going to send it when I'm done with work. 

I sight in relief before seeing the name that once was only a random phone number. "Himeko you did not- oh my god this is so embarrassing" I cried to myself before looking at her.

She still had this stupid smirk on, "Believe it or not, it's the truth"

She named Yuzu, 'my love ❤'

"Now if you'll excuse me miss Aihara, I have work to finish today so you better head to your new office" She pushed me there before getting back to her own space. She then turned around, "And I will be leaving early today so we wouldn't see each other before you head out, I'll be calling you tonight so you can tell about it. I need every. little. detail." She smirked and continued walking back to her place. 

Sighing, I unlocked the door with the new freshly keys and walked inside my new office making sure to close it behind me. 

This is the second time I've been in her, but it will be my first time working inside of it.

The shelves are all still empty, and so was the desk. I guess I'll have to buy some things to decorate the office when I go out with Yuzu. I put my bag on the desk and smiled to myself, she really is making her first move, so bold of her. I chuckled and pulled my laptop out of the bag.

"I can't wait till we meet tonight after work" I whispered while sitting down. 

I grabbed my AirPods as my laptop loaded, putting on my favorite playlist on Spotify while going to my emails to see what I had to do today after I was able to unlock it. They said that they'll send me everything that should be done and by who so we know who is doing what. 

The other company was in between it too, as I read to see who was going to do the interior, I saw Yuzu's and Harumi's names by it. I couldn't help but bite my lip reading her name. 

I shook my face, I have to get my shit together. 

I took out my new notebook, I had all the notes written in it. 

As I read the other emails, I saw that our customer is having a meeting with me and the boss today. It was about sketch ideas and the preferred colors and theme he wanted. 

I was excited but also nervous at the same time. I mean, it will be my first time working with a real customer, and it is normal to feel like this for doing it for the first time right? As I continued to read the emails, I saw that we have the meeting in about 30 minutes! God, why now.

Guess I really need to accept the fact that I'm doing a proper job right now and not at university just doing random assignments.

Taking in a deep breath before letting it out, I build a little confidence in myself. "I can do this, if the boss believes in me then I should too" I calmed a bit and just read the notes I had in front of me so I can make sure to know what to expect slightly. 

I had the sketch paper and pencils all ready waiting for the now fifty minutes now.

 I grabbed them and headed to the boss's office, making sure to knock. I don't want to interfere with her privacy like the other day. that was so embarrassing.

A faint come-in was heard and I opened the door walking inside. 

She smiled at me as I walked to the small meeting table that was in the corner of the large office, placing everything there. "I saw that we have a meeting soon thought ill be a little early just in case" I smiled at her while sitting down. 

"Right, he texted me that he's a bit early so it's good you came" Just when she said that, there was a knock on the door. 

She stood up to open it since it was no other but the customer obviously. 

I took deep breaths once again reminding myself that everything is going to be alright.

"Good morning ma'am" He greeted with a smile heading to the seat next to the boss's
