Later that same night Toby stayed up all night waiting for his brother Cody to come back and when he didn't Toby had went to bed surely hoping that he went over to a friend's house to stay since he said he was gonna be out for awhile.
(Next day)
Toby had woke up and heard his mother calling for him downstairs.
"Tooooooobyyyyy!" His mother called out for him.
Toby had yawned and stretched his arms out and had gotten up as he slept in his clothes from when he went to bed yesterday, he got up and he went downstairs to go meet his mother.
"What?" Toby said when he got to the edge of the stairs.
"Can you come down here for a second?" Diane asked.
Toby put on his shoes and went downstairs and saw cops at the door with his father.
Toby stopped and stared.
"What the fuck is he doing here?" Toby asked his mother.
"We're releasing him into your custody!" Officer Sawyer said.
"Anyways." Officer Mahoney said. "Uh did your son Cody come back home last night?"
"My brother didn't come home?" Toby asked.
"No he didn't!" Officer Mahoney said.
"He probably stayed over at a friend's house!" Diane said.
That's what Toby had thought and yet he knew that wasn't true.
(3 weeks later)
"FUCKING BITCH!"
*SMACK*
"AHHHHHH!!!"
*SMACK*
"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD FUCKING CHEAT ON ME WHILE I WAS IN PRISON!!!!" Ash had yelled.
"WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO, YOU TREAT ME LIKE SHIT CONSTANTLY FOR NO GOT DAMN REASON, AND YET THE MAN I'M DATING IS FAR MORE OF A BETTER MAN THAN YOU WILL EVER BE YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!!!" Diane yelled.
Toby couldn't stand to hear it anymore he got up and went outside and he went for a walk.
(Meanwhile)
Toby walked around for a good while now and so of course the thoughts raced around Toby's head over and over.
"What the fuck was going on now?" Toby had thought.
So of course he was about to get his answer.
Just then as it had happened quickly.
"Tooooooobyyyyy!!!!" A voice called out to him.
"No." Toby had said.
"You can't ignore me forever Toby!!!" The voice called out.
"I can and I fucking will bitch!!!" Toby said back.
Toby had ran out of there saying nothing in return as a faceless entity one that Toby could see but couldn't get a good look at.
Soon he made it back home and called it all a night.
