Katsuki's Pov

We jumped apart, I coughed and quickly made my way to the door, ignoring the hulk of a man (who was just squeezing my waist), standing in the middle of my room.

I made it to the door and I took a deep breath before opening it seeing Mina on the other side.
"Hey!- oh~ why's your face all red?~" I heard loud footsteps come up from behind me and I saw Mina's eyes light up. Groaning internally, I turned my head to see Izuku standing in all his gigantic glory.

"Hi..." I could tell Izuku didn't really like/understand her but I couldn't care less. I rolled my eyes and turned back to her, feeling Izuku's hot breath on my head as I looked at her.

"Heeyyy~ so, I tried to make dinner buuuutttttt~" My eyes widened. The last time she tried to cook something that wasn't pancakes she burnt the kitchen to a crisp. I only wonder what she's done now.

"WHAT!? MOVE!! MOVE!!! MOVE OUT OF MAH WAY!" I barged past her and ran to my sweet baby. I could hear Izuku's soft squeek of surprise as I bolted downstairs and ran into the kitchen. The kitchen was black, I could smell and taste smoke,
"MINAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" I screamed as I ran over to the oven to see if it was still on...to which it was. I quickly turned it off and looked at the fire alarm, wondering why it hadn't gone off yet. But then I became preoccupied with the kitchen that thankfully wasn't on fire.

I washed all of the dishes; I took out all the broken and destroyed utensils; I aired out the kitchen to rid the room of the black smoke; I wiped down the bunkers, hoovered the floor; mopped the hoovered floors; looked at the mess off food that I was putting off the whole time from cleaning but I just sighed and cleaned it all up, throwing it all away.

At some point I think they both came down to see me clean but they both dared to not intervene, as I had a permanent scowl present on my face. At one point I had enough and snapped my head to glare at Mina. She squeaked and hid behind Izuku, who I could see was just watching, not bothered by the situation right now.
"Big strong man! Hide me from the devil!" I growled as I slowly walked towards her as she used Izuku as her personal shield, shielding herself from me.

As I was about to walk past Izuku and punch Mina my phone went off. I huffed before sending her a last glare and walked away, opening my phone and answering the call as I heard Izuku ask Mina to let him go now.
"Who's this?" I asked to the person on the otherside of the phone. I was walking back to the kitchen seeing how it sparkled again.

[Ah, sorry for calling but are you Katsuki Bakugou?] I huffed as I heard their slightly fuzzed voice come through my end. They were obviously on speaker.

"Yeah, again, who's this?" I growled out, not knowing how they knew my name and why they called now, I was just about to hit Mina...

[Ri-Right...sorry, this is the hospital...we need you here, now. Your father he...might need surgery again...] I froze.

"Wh-What...?" I questioned now hugging my torso as I paced back and forth, noticing how my voice quivered.

[Well he seems to have gotten... worse... aside from all the medication he has gotten through to even be able to talk is...severe...he may not be able to survive...if he does go through with another surgery...] My breathing hitched, my world became fuzzy. I could barely feel the hand laid on my shoulder and the presence behind me.

"W-Well what would happen if he...he doesn't take the surgery...?" I managed to ask, I don't think I even have enough money to get him the surgery...

[...Let's just say...he will suffer greatly over time and...we may just have to pull the plug if he gets any worse...] A sob escaped me, I didn't notice I was crying.
[I don't think you would want him to suffer more than he already has...and he only has a 17% chance of surviving if he does take the surgery...my...my best opinion on this is...to just pull the plug...let the last thing he sees be his son's face...h-however...uhm...you can take a while to think about it...maybe...up to 3 weeks...then...then you'd have to make the decision...sorry...] I nod but then realise I'm on the phone and they can't see me so I quickly reply.
