His New Light

Chapter 15

I woke up turning on my side to see the bright light of the sun shining into my room. I got out of the bed and walked to the door. I placed my hand on the door knob, turning it. I opened the door and walked out of the room making my way down stairs.

I saw that nobody was guarding the front door. This could be my way out. I was so done with Dante I didn't want to be here any more. I wanted to be free from him and his family. I didn't want anything with him or his violence.

I ran quickly to the door, running as fast as I could as soon as I opened it and ran quickly to the gate but before I could reach it I heard a loud bang and that's when I landed on the ground.

I turned to see who shot the gun and it was one of Dante men. I had looked at my leg to see if the bullet went through but it didn't, it just scratched me. Dante came over and picked me up bridal style. "Put me down" I told him he just kept ignoring me.

He placed me down on the sofa and one of the maids came in with a fist aid kit. She sat down right next to me cleaning the scratch and wrapping it. Dante just stood there yelling at me but I completely ignored him.

"Answer me" he shouts and that's when I looked back up at him "why did you run" he asks "to get away from you aint it obvious" I rolled my eyes at him "You can't get away from me I own you remember also your my property" he stepped closer to me grabbing my cheeks.

He let go and walked out of the living room leaving me there Alessandro walked into the living room and helped back to my room. "If you need anything I'll be outside your room" I thanked him and he left and closed the door. I laid there on the bed and drifted asleep.

I woke up and went to the bathroom. I turned the water on in the shower. After the shower I walked out of the bathroom when I heard a knock on the door "come in" Alessandro walked in "Mr.Russo wants you to join him for dinner" He had walked closer to me "Do I have too" He shook his head yes.

I walked down to the dining room and saw him sitting down already. Dominique and Aiden were there too; the maid pulled the chair out right next to Dante. I sat down right next to him for dinner and nobody said anything. "Jude and I are going on a business trip in the morning" Dante says before taking a sip of his drink.

"I'd rather stay in my room than go anywhere with you" I'd said, locking eyes with him. "You don't have a choice" I got up from my chair and stormed out making my way back to my room. I slammed the door making my way to my bed.

"What the hell is your problem?" Dante stormed into the room slamming the door shut "Get out" I yelled "I don't see why you are mad at me" he said walking over to me pulling my arm up and took a look at him.

"Dont funking touch me" I yelled, yanking my arm back I looked into his dark blue eyes and he looked into mine he pulled me close to him looking at my lips "Your going" he let me go and left the room.

I woke up and got dressed to leave with Dante. I'm in the car with Dante heading to his private jet. I'm not that much scared of planes but my heart still races and I get nervous. Me and Dante get out of the car and we both make our way to the plane.

Before I froze I couldn't move my legs to get on. I felt my heart beating faster than before.

"It's okay just breath" Dante whisper in my ear "I can't move" I said nervously and before I knew it Dante lifts me up and cary's me into the plane siting me down.

He hands me a drink and sits across from me. Dante didn't say a word to me at all, it was just silent the whole time between me and him. I heard Alessandro and the other guys having a conversation with Dante but I couldn't quite understand since it was in italian.
