"What?!" Seokjin and Yoongi simultaneously yelled, spitting their drinks out and looking at each other.

"The wedding is in eight months boys," Mrs. Kim explained. "We have to prepare everything starting now! It has to be perfect.." Mrs. Min continued excitedly.

The boys looked at each other confused.

It wasn't weird or unexpected their family had invited them over for dinner. Their mothers have always been best friends ever since highschool, making Seokjin and Yoongi even better friends. Both families usually assembled and ate dinner together, so the boys didn't suspect anything.

"Mother..Why would i marry..Yoongi?" Seokjin said as he wiped the drink he spilled as he heard the news. "We've been friends for fourteen years, and i love him..But not that way!"

Mrs. Kim ignored Seokjin and continued eating her steak.

"Mom? I have a girlfriend? Hello??" Yoongi arrogantly said.

"Boys boys..We'll explain everything." Seokjins mother said. "Don't you guys think running the company together would be great?" She said with a big smile hoping to receive one back.

"Maybe? But we don't have to get mArRiEd" Yoongi scoffed like a teenager as he crossed his arms. Seokjin laughed quietly and spoke. "Mrs. Min, he's right..We can run the company if you'd like, as friends..!"

"Oh Kim Seokjin, stop being such a fool." His mother said, almost yelling. "You guys are getting married and that's final!"

"But Mrs. Kim That doesn't even make fucking sen-"
Yoongi tried arguing before his mother interrupted him yelling as well. "Min Yoongi are you yelling at Mrs Kim in her house?"

Yoongi mocked her as she widen her eyes even more.

"Are our dads even agreeing to this? Dad is homophobic as fuc-"

"Stop cursing Min Yoongi!"

Yoongi laughed in her face making her hold her fists.

"ahem." Mrs. Kim cleared her throat, making everyone turn to her. "Yes, your fathers both agreed to this.. It will bring much much money to the company and to us!"

"So it's about the money..?" Seokjin softly said.

"Come on boys, you can't tell me you haven't crushed on each other at least once..!" Mrs. Min said.

Seokjin widen his eyes looking at the pale boy next to him, who had a disgusted look on his face.

"Nope, i'm out." Yoongi said as he roughly stood up to leave.

"Min Yoongi you better sit back down!" His mother yelled as she also stood up.

"Why do you still treat me like a child, man?!" He yelled. "I'm literally 26 already!"

She stared furiously not knowing what to say.

"Peace." He said as he stomped out.

Seokjin hesitated, before he slowly stood up.

"Seokjin.." His mother said taking his hand and caressing it.

"Mother.. I don't know about this."

"You have to do it, you don't want to disappoint me again do you?"

That hit him hard. The thing he most hated, disappointing his mother. The boy had always been quiet, excellent grades and went to the best university in the area. He never had friends due to his nerdy self, and his whole life he'd been bullied, yet, his mother didn't know that. He'd been miserable his whole life just to make his mother proud.
