Quirk: Time manipulation
Abilities: Can pause time at whatever she wants ( example: a coat, if there's a strong gust of wind, it won't move at all, it'll be stuck in whatever position it was frozen it. She can also pause air, like if she jumps and activates her quirk, she can stand on it as if floating in air; stopping time, it can become longer with training; can speed up the growth rate or slow down the growth rate of anything.
