Chapter 33
ROSCOE LITERALLY stretched his back after finishing his last task for the preparation of the woman, Marquessa's natal day. "Ah, this should suffice." He said after looking at his own work of them connecting each cloth towards the center of the ceiling in a curvy attraction to prose a beautiful interior design at the eye. Inara asked him when she finished arranging the food at the buffet tables.
I mean maraming pupunta mamaya." Sagot niya.
Oh my, you're so good indeed!" Masayang aniya.
Tumawa naman si Roscoe sa kanya. "Ano ka ba, ako lang ito!" Sagot niya at saka sila tumawang dalawa. "Ano bang nangyayari saating dalawa. Para tayong mga gago dito." Ani Inara. Sagot niya.
After a while, Inara suddenly smiled to herself.
Then Roscoe noticed this kind of attitude and faced her immediately. "Hey, why're you smiling, may problema ba?" He asked. Then Inara lowered down her head and intertwined both of her hands on her hips.
"Nothing, though. I'm just happy."
"You're happy because?" Roscoe asked with a hint of confusion. "I'm happy because after all these years, your relationship with Yrozze never faltered just once. Both of your dogmas are very profound, strong, impenetrable and vigorous. Aniya.
Roscoe tilted his head on the horizon and chuckled at her sight.
"I mean, its not imperative for me to do it. It just came off naturally, without me knowing it. Until now, it still feels...ethereal." He replied.
With the word that struck her the most, made her rose her brow in utter confusion. "What do you mean?" She asked her.
Then she saw him sigh.
"I guess I'll have to explain this." He replied.
"Let's sit here." He commanded.
The latter nodded and also went to his proximity and pulled off a chair just beside him and placed it in front of him and she sat comfortably and started listening to him.
"You know, I'm still doubting Yrozze's love for me." He revealed.
"And why is that?" She asked.
"I...I'm still doubting his love because not only he is a philanderer at the past, I mean hindi ko naman masasabing womanizer siya noon pero parang pakiramdam ko ay gano'n siya by attitude.
