I drove Carrie home, and I transformed into what I actually was: a dragon. Fire erupted out of my mouth, and my shoulders sagged. I'd never asked for this, a witch had cursed me to be a dragon forever until I found my true love and something about a quest with others. I started doing homework, I was halfway though when I received a text from Carrie. Ugh, goddammit.
The texts:
Carrie: Hey~
Steve: Hi, babe
Carrie: Wat r u doing now?
Steve: hw
Carrie: ok
Steve: i'll text u later, bye, sweetie
Carrie: luv ya
I finished my homework quickly, and went to the basement to shoot some hoops. Basketball always relaxed me, suddenly, I morphed back into a dragon. Shit. It was so annoying, I'll become a dragon unexpectedly, but not in school, though. Perhaps the witch must have felt some pity for me...... NOT!!! And, this is how I got cursed:
Wind blowing in my hair, I saw a girl's silhouette in the distance. I must look extremely handsome, I smirked to myself as the girl walked towards me. She had long jet-black hair, and it didn't hide her beautiful face, touching a finger to her red lips, she gestured for me to follow her. I didn't usually follow strangers in the middle of a hike, but somehow this girl made me feel helpless under her grasp. She led me deeper into the forest, suddenly, I felt her lips grazing my ear softly and heard her whisper: "Kiss me."
As our lips almost touched, I thought of my sweet girlfriend, Ava, at home waiting for me, I stepped backwards, and refused: "No, I can't do this."
The pretty girl's face filled with rage, cursing, she muttered something that I couldn't make out. But at the end, I heard: "Only true love can break this curse," Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain shoot up my arm, and saw scales starting to form, I gasped with pain, and almost screamed when I saw the girl's black hair flowing behind her as she flew up into the sky cackling. As her cruel laughter filled my ears, I ran and ran afraid to stop. Finally, I skidded to a stop near my BMW, panting for breath, I climbed in my car and drove as fast as I could to get back home.
